After trying to open the door, the same woman we talked to on the phone unlocked the door and let is in, saying she did think we were coming for some reason. It looked like she was in the middle of doing her own hair (random sections up in foil and hair clips). My husband sat down for his haircut and was pulling up the reference photo when a woman came into the now unlocked door with two kids, and when the hairdresser saw them she suddenly told my husband and me that she couldn't cut our hair now because she just remembered that she needs to cut the kids' hair right now instead, claiming they had an appointment for right then and she forgot about it when we called, but she was actually there waiting for them and not us...? She told us we could come back in an hour after she was finished with her "appointment" but we decided not to return. In hindsight, we're glad we didn't get our haircut there because the customer service was really bad and the shop/hairdresser present was unkempt.

Went back a couple months later, and once again, they refuse to cut hair unless you give them a phone number. We were unable to complete the money for haircut transaction.
