It's like a full on spa feeling every time I go in. And when I come out, I'm always in such a better mood! Not to mention I'm tanner. If you want to tan, this is your place. Don't be afraid to call and ask if there's any deals going on. Sometimes they have a "buy one month get another month free" and it's worth the call. The ONLY downside I've found is that they're closed on Sundays, but that's certainly not a deal breaker. :)

I called the Newberg store in the beginning of January and the lady I spoke with said not a problem and to send in an email requesting the cancellation. I emailed twice with no response and called again because I was charged for my monthly payment. I called in and was informed my cancellation was processed, they just failed to respond to me. However, she informed me they would still be charging me for the month even though I live out of state and am not anywhere near a Tan Republic, where I could use the product. They refused to consider a refund and when I emailed to ask for their consideration in a refund, as I am physically unable to use the service, they did not even bother to reply and just sent a pdf of the membership agreement. Super disappointing customer service, especially since I have been a loyal member for the past two years. Update: owner responded with zero effort to remedy the situation and I have asked for a corporate contact.
