I've used a couple…read moredifferent companies in the past, mainly just for tanning, and didn't know what I was missing, until I learned about SunsUp's wellness spa I popped into the location in canby where Taylor , Who is just awesome! walked me through everything and got me all signed up for my wellness and relaxation, which I absolutely love to this day. Taylor was super welcoming very knowledgeable ,making me feel comfortable & excited to get started. I've visited The spa in Clackamas, Happy Valley, and "Gresham" where I currently live. The staff in all locations are very friendly and welcoming. I mostly visit Gresham when I get off work and It's so nice to see Amber there to welcome me right when I walk in SunssUp is great at choosing and training their staff I'd like to add some extra stars for Taylor and Amber for their welcoming and Happy vibe when I go into their locations. If I could make any suggestions at all, it would be to have a massage chair in gresham I love having SunsUp in my life.

I used to tan in high school and college all the time and was always going into tanning salons who had rather snobby employees so I have drug my feet in buying a package but I have officially met the owner and this guy who works and they are both a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!! I was told on day one if the level bed that I tend to use is unavailable they will do a free upgrade. And in just a couple days tanning I've already experienced that. Pricing is amazing -so much more affordable than chain places. The shop is quaint and clean most importantly friendly. They've got my business :)

On multiple visits, I noticed the red light therapy bed had 12 lights burned out, and the regular tanning beds also had numerous bulbs out. Even though I asked the staff to let the owner know each time, the bulbs were never replaced. As much as I love the girls who work here, I won't be returning due to the poorly maintained equipment.

After a month of having a membership, I started a Diamond package for my girlfriend since I was offered a promotion. Each time my girlfriend tanned their employees recommended that she use a Gold or Platinum bed, until she was comfortable with their Diamond beds. However, the diamond package promo was only good for the first month of her membership. I was told her package would be a Diamond package for the Platinum rate. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I asked multiple times to have her package upgraded to their Diamond level, at the $99.95 which is the current rate I pay for my membership. I was told their manager would look into it and contact me, but they never did. I had asked about this 3 times over the past 2 months. When I was contacted today. Sheila informed me that I sound so upset she doesn't think there would anything she can do for us. I replied with "That sounds like you don't care about losing me as a customer" - Her replied spoke volume to the customer service she provides. "no I really don't."
