A great gift store with amazing treats and the best Blueberry Jam ever that my son absolutely loves. Every time I hike in Mohican I make a stop here...

Today we had lunch at The Blueberry Patch in Mansfield, Ohio! I'm not sure what the issue was but we had to wait 25 mins to get a table when more than half of the tables were empty! We almost left and went somewhere else but I really felt like we were supposed to stay and have lunch! I'm really glad that we decided to stay because the food was delicious. Plus, the blueberry muffin and the blueberry wine were both amazing! The real treat was our server, Jake! He was super polite, had a great sense of humor, a real people person and excellent at his job! I hope you're lucky enough to get him as your server because his personality is pure joy! Also, check out the gift shop!

Best family fun, ever. Great property. Had wine and apps afterwards. Kids loved everything. Service and prices are reasonable

Come for the blueberry picking and stay for the wine. A beautiful property with pick-your-own blueberry patches, gift shop and restaurant. The gift shop has a bakery counter with all kinds of blueberry goodies. Allegedly, they are famous for their homemade blueberry donuts. They have live music on Friday nights and serve brunch on the weekends. No wine flights are served on Sundays. Everyone that works here was super friendly. They also host events such as weddings, showers, etc.

This was an amazing covid friendly experience that I'm sure will be just as amazing without social distancing being enforced. The Blueberry Patch was just under an hour drive from the Polaris area, so not exactly close but close enough if you know what I mean. Where to pull in is very clearly marked on the road so you don't have to worry about missing the driveway. You walk in to check in, they take your name and how many buckets you took and the direct you to what part of the fields to pick in. We got there at 9am, so there weren't a ton of people and it wasn't hot out. These blueberries were PLUMP. I think we spent about an hour picking, the buckets hold about 6 pounds and we filled up 2. And we filled them with the best, huge, gorgeous berries. We most definitely didn't have to settle on tiny underripe ones because there were so many good ones to pick. When you take the buckets back, you have the option to buy the buckets with a lid for an extra $3. They sell lots of cute blueberry themed things in the gift shop. I got an adorable mug but decided to skip on the jam and syrup because that's exactly what I had planned on making with my massive berry haul. Do be sure to get some of their blueberry donuts! So delicious.

Love this place. Pastries are to die for. Great wine selection. Atmosphere options make it a 10. Has a little shop, restaurant, outside seating. Ice cream counter and pick your own blueberries from the patch. Tabitha was a great waitress.

It's like a cozy den. Some couches, regular 4 tops, the bar too. We sat on a couch by the TV. We ordered a cider on tap and the peach wine. They were both good. Sweet in front with a bit of a dry finish. You can taste any of the house wines if you like. Which is totally good. Test before buy. We did not eat just had a drink. Server was nice and accommodating. We sat and talked and watched some of the Olympics. Nice time for about an hour. Handful of people came in and out. I can see for dinner it being crowded or after dinner cocktails. Bar looks cool and plenty of drinking options. Prices aren't bad. Parking is free across the street. Cool place.

Mom ordered their Hudson Punch adding vodka and my wife a glass of wine. Both hitting the spot! We opened with a dozen oysters. Fresh and delectable! My wife ordered their small filet and mom the evening special of blackened prime rib. The presentation of both and tastes were excellent! My wife ordered blue cheese crumbles on her steak, unfortunately it arrived with a side of blue cheese dressing. Ryan noted my wife's disappointment when her dish arrived and took care of the translation/ATD issue in the kitchen. I ordered the bar specials of wings and tots. Very delicious and a great value! No dessert this visit. It was great to see our friends there and wish them all a Merry Christmas! Overall a great dinner with family!

They were going to have live music as well as a food truck in the evening but we had other plans. The winery offered samples for $1. Most of our group chose 4-6 wines to try so our table looked a bit crazy with all the glasses. The one downside was that the employee who helped us was relatively new and had us do our tastings from sweet to dry, instead of dry to sweet. She did say that she was trained this way but it threw me off. Luckily, the owner came in and we were able to ask some questions. When I questioned the thought process of going from sweet to dry - he quickly corrected our remaining samples and made a note to do some retraining. I enjoyed that this was a family owned winery. Even the kids were studying subjects in college to allow them to be part of the business as well. I loved the theme of time. Our group ended up leaving with several bottles and I would definitely recommend this winery to others.

They do have food trucks at times. Still, a couple more food choices wood be nice. Maybe some different chips and dips, veggie trays or flatbreads. Just maybe a few more fire pits for the colder evenings.

The owner, Brittni, features local artists work as well as her own inside the winery and for an awesome twist on branding, she's labeled each wine selection with her own artwork and named each wine after one of her paintings. The charcuterie boards are delicious and sourced from other local small businesses and the owner regularly has amazing food truck vendors featured at her location. If that's not enough for you, the owner has incorporated all sorts of fun classes and workshops within her business model such as paint and sip, making candela out of old wine bottles, yoga and exercise classes, and monthly bingo as well as ensuring she has local musicians regularly booked on the weekends. I suggest checking out her website for future events, I know I keep my eye on what she's got going on. And I couldn't possibly forget to mention her sweet pup Jax that's often scouring the floor for snacks or snoozing in the corner. The service is amazing, the wine is to die for, the ambiance is spectacular, and it's clear that Brittni has poured her heart and soul into Cote Winery, quite literally. As a regular customer, I can honestly say that Mt. Gilead is lucky to have Cote Winery as an addition to the local wineries surrounding Ohio.

We perused the menu and ordered our wines. A flight of red for me and a next flight for my wife. We also ordered a charcuterie and cheese plate. Wines poured and we started to enjoy them. Must say the wines were very nice. The Reds were very fruity and I really enjoyed their unoaked Chardonnay. All very drinkable! And then our charcuterie and cheese plate was delivered. It was all prepackaged and needed to be cut up. I guess you can't should've been the menu that it was going to be different. I can honestly say I was not keen to it, hence the 3 stars. Perhaps it's just me, but after all I dislike salad bars and cutting bread at my table.
