I don't know whether the flowers would have been delivered at all had I not been texting for 5 hours about it. I had paid for 50% of the flowers before they were delivered, and though I wasn't charged for the other 50%, my request for a refund was ignored. Absolutely DO NOT USE this company, and if you do, be sure to follow up frequently, and don't put down a deposit and pay only after delivery.

Before the wedding we communicated regularly, and she provided a detailed timeline I could share with my vendors. I strongly recommend doing a site walk through with her as well. It was so worth it. She emailed with my vendors also the week prior to my wedding for last minute planning and coordination, which took so much weight off my shoulders.
