I finally made the trip, intending to browse, compare prices, and check out the selection. Instead, I left with something far more valuable. The highlight of my visit was meeting Matthew. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Our conversation was magical. He shared thoughtful suggestions about different rituals and spiritual practices to explore, along with several excellent book recommendations. Whether or not someone follows those practices, his willingness to listen and offer encouragement left me feeling lighter, more hopeful, and in a much better frame of mind than when I walked in. Another highlight: This shop does not try to compete with their competitors which shows great character, they will also recommend other options that more cost sufficient and inexpensive. This part keeps me returning, as well, as the shared knowledge from Mr. Matt. I've now visited the shop twice, and each time I walk through the door, I'm hoping to see "Mr. Magic Matthew!" I was looking to build a bouquet and wanted to pick my own stems. They have several different types of roses, lilies, chrysanthemums and other individual stems. The employees were quick to lead us to their area of the store with chilled, fresher flowers so we had even more options. We opted for a few different rose colors with baby's breath. The whole bouquet came out to around $15 pre-tax which is competitive with grocery store prices, but fresher and fun for the DIY aspect! We looked through the store and saw they have many plants available for purchase as well as pre-made bouquets and table arrangements, all reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here - it seems to be a popular flower store area!

Also, I don't like the moss they have in their orchids. I prefer the mulch-bark-style because it drains better and the orchids are happier in the mulch-bark-style.

Found this place while looking for nurseries around town, but it's actually like an urban farm…read moremixed with a specialty plant nursery. They grow microgreens for some of the restaurants around the heights, and have "pick your own" vegetables where you walk down the crop rows and you can hand pick out which veggies you want to buy and then the owner cuts them fresh from the plant for you! They said everything was Organic as well! They also have greenhouses with some weird specialty plants that I haven't seen for sale anywhere else in town, including Buchannan's. One of the greenhouses is a mini cactus botanical garden with all of the plants identified, and there were some really cool cactus in there I've never seen before. I bought some fresh Cilantro and some Thai Peppers to make fajitas with tonight, and a little succulent for my wife! Definitely will be looking more plants here in the future.
