I arrived exactly 14 minutes after my scheduled appointment, walked into the salon, and was told they would not perform my root-only color service. The lack of consistency and customer service is incredibly disappointing, especially for a business that charges a premium membership fee. This wasn't a full color or complicated appointment--it was a simple root touch-up. Unfortunately, this wasn't my only issue with this salon. The staff has never been particularly friendly, my gray coverage is often incomplete, and I've left multiple appointments with hair color still stained on my scalp because it wasn't fully washed off. For the amount they charge, I expected convenience, quality, and good customer service. Instead, I received none of those. Save your money and go to a salon that values its customers and stands behind the service it provides.
