I would also suggest improving the cleanliness. I understand the place gets pretty busy, but there should always be time to keep it looking a little cleaner. On the positive side, there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee, relax, and they also have outdoor seating. Overall, the coffee is great, but the customer service and cleanliness could use some improvement.
