Just ate at IHOP and we had real dinnerware and glass pints. My whiskey glass was cracked as well. We had a large party. 8-9 people I believe. So understandably things can get confusing back of house for large parties. They messed up made me the wrong food. I said it's cool I'll wait for the steak and fries. Then someone came out of the kitchen with the ticket from back of house insisting that it was right. So I had to point out that the ticket in the kitchen was right yet my order wasn't on the table. Why am I looking at tickets from the kitchen in the first place.... Had to wait another 35 minutes for a 8oz md rare hanger steak and fries. Everything was in shambles. Word of advice, if you get the Brussel Sprouts, get extra bread to soak up the sauce as you enjoy the sprouts. Can't wait til the next time!
