I actually never saw that many seagulls in the city side. Parking is at Ralphs though I'm unsure if you could park there or not. There is a sign for parking for Ralphs only and several parkings are for teachers. Service and food are amazing though. The restaurant is very clean. The bathroom sink has the most narrow faucet ever. The faucet is 1 in above the sink so I don't know how people wash their hands. These are what we ordered 1 Plantain + Crab $20.00 - 3/5. I fried plantain is good with the little bit of crabs on the side. Dish is creative but overall not extraordinary. 1 Root Beer Braised Short Rib - $44.00 5/5 this is the most delicious and my favorite dish. The mashed potato is so creamy and beef is so soft. It is the most creamy and buttery mashed potato I've ever had. 1 Jollof Platter $28.00 + Berbere Shrimp $12.00 - 4/5. The spicy rice dish has enough moisture and dryness. The shrimp was grilled in creme sauce. 1 Garlic Noodle $22.00 2/5. It tastes like soy sauce noodles because I couldn't really taste the garlic part of it. 1 Plantain Sticky Cake $15.00 5/5 toffee pudding style and is amazing. Moist and creamy. Overall I would definitely come back. Service is outstanding and water is filled with bottle and we could constantly refill it.

I'd consider this a sports bar, with a big dining area. The menu has a little bit of everything, some specialty drinks and full bar. We started out with the steak nachos, they had a creamy cheese sauce, which wasn't too thick or salty. I would have liked more steak, it had a few pieces only. The steak and veggies were cooked perfectly. The BBQ ribs tasted smoky and sweet, the meat fell off the bone. The fries were nice and crispy. A great place to watch a game, hang out or have dinner.

Just ate at IHOP and we had real dinnerware and glass pints. My whiskey glass was cracked as well. We had a large party. 8-9 people I believe. So understandably things can get confusing back of house for large parties. They messed up made me the wrong food. I said it's cool I'll wait for the steak and fries. Then someone came out of the kitchen with the ticket from back of house insisting that it was right. So I had to point out that the ticket in the kitchen was right yet my order wasn't on the table. Why am I looking at tickets from the kitchen in the first place.... Had to wait another 35 minutes for a 8oz md rare hanger steak and fries. Everything was in shambles. Kitchen messed up, wait staff wasn't attentive. It was all bad. We just ate at IHOP and the service was infinitely better.

There's a real chew here--a springy, structured bite that gives just enough resistance before yielding. It's deeply satisfying and makes every dish feel more intentional. The cappelloni shows it off best: that almost-famous sauce wraps around each piece, but the pasta holds its own, so you get that perfect balance of silky and structured. Same with the tangiello--the meat sauce tastes like it's been simmering for days, rich and layered, but the noodles never get lost because that chew carries through. The Caesar isn't an afterthought either. It's got a subtle spicy kick that wakes everything up, and if you add chicken, it's done right--well-seasoned, nicely grilled, juicy with a bit of char. It turns a classic into something you actually remember. Dinner is where things go a little heartier, and the pork chop delivers. Fall-off-the-bone tender, but still full of flavor--not just soft for the sake of it. Jame just gets the fundamentals right, then pushes a little further. Thoughtful, textured, and the kind of place where even the chew of the pasta becomes part of the experience.

I was impressed with the clean and modern look of Jane Enoteca from the moment I walked in. Their dishes consist of several handmade pastas, salads and Italian inspired comfort food. My friend and I chose to start our meals with the Meatballs and Brussels Sprouts. Being a Brussels Sprouts fan, I really enjoyed their roasted crispy Brussels sprouts that were tossed in schiaffoni dressing and finished with sesame. Equal in deliciousness were their Meatballs. The Meatballs were tender, rich and saucy. These starters were a great way to kick off our meal here. For our mains, we got their Paccheri Lisci and Tonnarelli. The Paccheri Lisci had a bit of a spicy kick to it. It has spicy pork sausage sugo, fennel, sage and pecorino. It was meaty and flavorful. The Tonnarelli or Cacio e Pepe contrasted nicely with the Paccheri Lisci. This pasta dish was simple, sharp and peppery. This was more bold versus saucy. Last but not least we had some cookies for dessert. I loved the fresh baked snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies. It was a sweet and perfect ending to the meal here. Overall, I really enjoyed dining at Jame Enoteca. I am now looking forward to trying out their sister restaurant Jame Taqueria down the street.

I enjoyed it so much that I went back the very next day with my mom and sister for dinner. The spiced Mediterranean chicken with white truffle polenta was incredible. I could've licked the plate clean. My friend tried the thin-layered lasagna and loved it as well. My sister ordered the same chicken dish and was just as impressed. My mom had the trout; while she found it a bit on the dry side, she really enjoyed the potatoes, vegetables, and polenta. Their elevated take on spinach dip was so good! Packed with flavor and pretty colors. We all enjoyed the Hugo Spritz, and the service truly stood out. From the hostess to the waitstaff, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The manager even came around to check on guests, which added a really nice touch. He recommended the passionfruit crème brûlée, and it might honestly be my new favorite dessert. Overall, both of my experiences were amazing, and I'm already looking forward to trying their brunch menu. Reservations are highly recommended, but if you're in a small group (around four or fewer), the wait isn't too bad. There's also plenty of parking, which makes things easy. If you're trying to find it, it's located in Manhattan Village, tucked behind California Pizza Kitchen.
