We unloaded my husband's bike and the tire had gone flat in the time it took to drive to the trail. We saw that Breakaway Bicycles was open (on the holiday!) so we called and talked to a Todd. He said to bring it in and we made the short drive to the shop. The store was fairly busy and I don't think we were there more than 20 minutes and the bike was fixed. This amazing service was so appreciated and literally saved our day. The shop has a great selection of bikes and accessories. Clearly their service is outstanding. I highly recommend this business. When we are ready to buy a new bike or maybe even an E-bike, we will come back based on this experience. Thank you so much Todd and the Breakaway team for a truly wonderful experience. We ended up purchasing 3 bikes- 2 Electras and one Trek-which they delivered to our home free of charge the next day. (We didn't have space in our vehicle). We had to come in a few days later due to a flat on my son's bike and were offered the same friendly service. I was fully expecting to pay for the tire repair but they said don't worry about it and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.
