Hot Rod Harley-Davidson recently did a 124 big bore kit for me. They got me in and got it done faster than I expected. I was given instructions for break in after the 124 was done and tuned. During my break in period, the bike ran great. The bike is back at Hot Rod for the post break in service and dyno. I couldn't be more excited about this build! Let's go through the list with y'all. 1. Every time I've gone in here- I'm quick to get service ALONE - from the men. The women there have always treated me like garbage and flirt with my boyfriend right in front of me. The guys stopped helping me the minute they realized I had a boyfriend. 2. The manager himself told me he could HOLD MY ASS so I could sit on a bike. I've been around harleys since I was a baby- so completely unnecessary for you to do that. And to do that in front of my boyfriend- completely disrespectful. 3. The general manager had been helping ME look for a bike for years but I've been extremely picky about it. We continue to look. We finally decided to put off my bike for another year because of covid to get my boyfriend a new bike. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HELPED US WITH THAT! When we finally sought someone out for help, Jarrod was completely disrespectful and rude and could not stop moving like he was tweaking or something. Then completely walked away from us and just stopped talking to us altogether. 4. I called back later because I was extremely upset with the amount of money I have spent here that I was treated so poorly treated and asked Gary the manager to call me back. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. Honestly it's worth the drive to go to ANY other Harley shop. The people here are rude, disrespectful, disgusting, and just all around not worth your time. read more

This review is for the service department. If you bring your bike in for work, make sure that the service writer, in this case the service manager, Jerry, writes down everything you want done. And check it. They did not do something I wanted done, and then Jerry acts like the conversation never took place. Nothing but attitude from this guy. I didn't screw up, you did. I explained it to him no fewer than 3 times and he said he would check it out. When they called to say the bike was ready, they only fixed the electrical problem. Asked if they could get it back on the lift, his answer was " it would have to be later in the day". Ok, no problem. Well that never happened. I called the next day and the answer was "I have a full schedule and don't know when I can get to it". So we went up, paid for the repair they did do, and left. You would think that when a service manager doesn't do his job, they would bend over backwards to see that you were taken care of. Not put you at the end of the line again. No I'm sorry's, nothing. Well screw you, I'll check it out myself, like I should have from the start. And will in the future. read more

The service department treated me right. I asked for help deciding on a new whitewall tire for my 99 FLSTC. I was given a suggestion and decided to trust the young man who gave it. In addition, I told them to look the bike over and let me know if anything else needed to be done. I was expecting a laundry list of unnecessary maintenance. Instead, new brake pads and that was it. Oh, they pointed out I was missing a chrome turn signal visor. The price was well worth the quality of service I received. I will be back. Did I mention the tires looked amazing? read more

Nice shop. Went there today and liked the shop. Things are priced as just as expensive as you would expect at any Harley dealership. Seemed like they have a smaller selection than something like Grand Rapids, but they don't have the stupid biker gang staff Grand Rapids does either. read more
