I have called several times with questions. I think I have had my calls returned 2 times. Referrals are awful. Their policy is 10 days to process. I am still waiting on my last referral and it's been about three weeks. The previous referral took two months. And if you complain you are ignored. That shit slogan they have "Aqui Para Ti" is a crock of shit. And since I have complained they have stopped responding to me. I'll be leaving soon. These people are worse than Health Texas. They have A LOT of old patients. If any of your relatives are treated there be careful. Make sure you are watching out for them. This medical group banks on the fact that old Mexican people don't complain. I believe this Gonzaba group believes old Mexican people are stupid.

Deanna, which cried as much as we did when mom passed and others like Jess who took mom's pulse each and every time we asked, Lindsey, who understood what we were going through and was trying to help us in any way possible . Favoritism is present, which is why some employees are still there even when they've done things they're not supposed to be doing. They don't let you have time off when you ask for it in advance and yet they constantly ask you to do favors for them like work doubles, weekends, holidays. Don't get a job here and definitely don't bring your loved ones here. They won't be taken care of properly. All they care about is money and covering things up just so they can maintain a "good and wholesome" image. Don't buy into it.
