For the first half of my life, I was a super fit athlete who ate a lot of cookie dough. For the second half of my life I worked all of the time but didn't change my eating habits. My goal is to not recognize myself by the end of this year. All I have is NOW. The goal this year is to shed weight like kids shed clothes at Barton Springs... fast and painless and fun while, at the same time, going through an emotional breakup. This is where I knew I needed to talk with someone who could help me. I still can't get over how one issue I had been toiling with for a while had a solution that was ridiculously straight forward and easy to follow. According to my experience, NLP involves changing the way we think and the language we use to get what we want. Ruba is so intuitive and insightful that she picks up on my language cues and then reflects back what all of them are hinting at. So, it seems that we already know what we need to be doing, we just need it reflected back to us. That's pretty awesome! I have to apologize if my interpretation of NLP is flawed or off. I was smoking 10 to 15 blk mild's a day plus, vape plus, large cigars, and pipes. That's over 2000 mg of nicotine a day. The strongest cigarette by comparison has about 1 mg of nicotine. I was most afraid of cravings and my thoughts wondering back to my addiction to smoking. Plain and simple WOW. 0 that's zero cravings at all immediately from first session.
