Most recently, I was unable to access my account and could not reach anyone by phone despite leaving detailed messages over the course of 3 to 4 days. After spending hours over several days trying to resolve the issue, I eventually had to go through a new online account process. I then discovered that the 10 points credited to my account had not been applied to my eventual purchase of $140. The website makes it appear that points can be used toward purchases, but there was no clear way to apply them when I ordered 4 of the same item (the amount required for the bundle discount). I have an email confirming that I have 10 points available that expire at the end of August (this month)! I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support and the difficulty navigating the account and rewards system. I hope these issues can be addressed and my 10 points applied to my purchase. The staff is fine towards me, but having your calls and messages ignored is unacceptable. The turnaround time obviously doesn't exist because they never called back. At one point. My bank was not able to do it and now she's holding me responsible for Zelle prohibiting her from using the app for her business. This is wrong and a total act of blatantly stealing my money. There are numerous complaints about her and her place of business. She is not a doctor.
