This is a late, but very much so earned review. I had braces as a teenager, and, like a lot of…read morepeople, failed to wear my retainers into adulthood or get my wisdom teeth pulled. This meant I ended up with crowding of my lower teeth and shifting upper teeth as an adult. I went to see Dr. Jane about six months before my wedding in 2012, and she recommended Invisalign express. I was excited with the prospect of having my straight smile back before my big day, so I signed up immediately. Everything at the office is digital and technologically advanced, and my experience with my initial consult and fitting was quick and painless. Throughout my six months of treatment the staff was pleasant and engaging, and Dr. Jane was thorough and thoughtful. At the end of my six months (a month before my wedding) I found out that I would need an additional four to six months of treatment. This was a let down, but I wasn't too upset because by this time my teeth were straight and I'm much better condition than they were when I first began my treatment. I ended up having to go in two days before my wedding to have those nodules removed and had to return after my honeymoon to have them put back on. Since finishing treatment I've been back for follow-up appointments and once to get my retainers replaced, and have had good experiences each time. The only thing that I can comment negatively on is the fact that my treatment was quoted as being for six months, but ended up being a year. my payment plan was for set up to cover the term of my treatment, six months, which meant I paid a significant sum monthly. At the end of my quoted six month treatment I was paid in full, but my treatment had to be extended another six months. If there was a way to foresee my treatment being extended earlier the process it would have been nice to adjust my payment schedule.

We were ten minutes late to an appointment and they refused to see us. We have waited much longer…read morethan ten minutes before for them to see us. Brackets are constantly falling off, wires pop out constantly and they act like it's our fault. The front desk staff is extremely rude.

I was happily surprised that he is able to clean and do adjustments to my partials in his on-site lab. Dr. Ro is great dentist, always looking out for me and giving advice on my specific dental needs, but more importantly a great person. I really enjoy our conversations on a variety of topics. Angela, the oral hygienist is wonderful and does a great job on my teeth. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ro, Dr. Purvi and their staff. It is a pleasure every time I visit them and certainly worth the 60-mile round trip.

Dr. Nakisher suggested Light Force brackets for me and worked hard to have my treatment done before my wedding. We were SO close, but not perfect, so she popped just the visible brackets off for my wedding and made a retainer for me to wear until I got back from my honeymoon. I went today to have the brackets put back on and she wanted to see pictures of me and my daughter since she's waited for my happily ever after with me for almost 12yrs now!
