We have never had a problem scheduling emergency appointments for a broken wire or lose bracket (which will happen w/ young children eating things they shouldn't...no matter how many times you tell them not to). I especially appreciate the follow-up care they provide, free of charge, to monitor my child who had her braces/appliances taken off over 2 years ago.
