Dr. Herringshaw is a master in his profession. Everything he did was PAIN FREE! And he really CARES!! I don't have insurance and need potentially expensive work done. Dr. Herringshaw explained all my options...the pros and cons and the related cost. Victoria is working up a treatment plan for each of my options, as well as payment considerations. Jessica, my hygienist, is going out of her way to schedule my cleaning and whitening because it's going to require more time (no additional charge!) Well next thing I know affordable charged the 1530 to my credit card and keep trying to tell me that care credit charges you the amount you were approved for form the moment you are approved.

After checking out, I overheard the receptionist gossiping a lot and talking down about me, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. While I expect professional treatment from any healthcare provider, overhearing staff talk bad about patients is unacceptable. Patients should feel valued and respected, but this was clearly not the case here. Paying out of pocket for major work, including a bridge they did for me two years ago. Lately, I've had some issues with that side and simply wanted to get it checked. Instead, I ended up being gossiped about after my visit.
