I wasn't asking for much just to be able to come by and see the possible space that we would be using and get the particulars on how much it would cost us or if it would take a percentage of the ticket sales that kind of thing. Several days went by without a response. So I actually called and got The Lovable Miss Congeniality herself Michelle who was about as helpful as a snake bite in the desert with no medical. She explained to me there's only one person that can help me and that's aaron. Turns out it took another several days to total an exact week before he got back to me. I responded by both Facebook Messenger phone text email and it was still another 4 days. After that I gave him a few Choice words and said I would be looking elsewhere which I did. So I narrowed it down to a couple in the area but did not like the pricing from those other venues so I thought it would go back to Hippodrome one more time and give them a second chance...bad idea. This second time when I emailed unfortunately Aaron was up to his old tricks and after hours and hours from an email that I sent which I know we got cuz he's a younger guy he's younger people get their texts and emails instantly they look at them and then decide whether to respond or not. I'm quite certain he looked at it and decided again like he did back in February not to respond in a timely manner and thus we're pulling the plug on any hope with the hippodrome theater and leaving them this well-deserved bad review. As far as a spectator I saw the Eagles wanna group a few years ago... it's like a tribute group to the Eagles and we were up in the balcony and it wasn't very comfortable and you had to kind of see through either the beams or some of the hand railing. It wasn't a very pleasant experience up there in the balcony. Other reviews have said that the food really sucks and is horrible. I don't know about that I cannot comment on that. The physical location seems cool because its historic it is right downtown Waco but they're giving this Historic Landmark a huge black eye by having p*ss poor customer service, ...actually nonexistent customer service.

Bass Concert Hall now offers additional restrooms past the foyer on four floors in a separate building; there were two people in front of me in line and zero behind me. The food is good although expensive and there's not a great selection for those of us that come every day. For the once a week or less frequent patrons, the menu selection is fine. They charge you a service fee for all food and drinks so it can get expensive if you border a drink and an entree. You can order a water or a soda water for no charge. The bottomless popcorn and free refills of waters and cokes are welcomed. Theater 4 has the HDR tech and it's pretty good. It's always clean and the people working there are so nice and it makes a difference in the whole vibe of the place. They have a good drinks menu and food too. The recliners are comfortable, but they do run a little short. My feet hang off the end and I'm only 5'7". Thankfully they offer cozy blankets, which I love and definitely helps. Service is easy and convenient. You can push a button if you need something or just order from your phone without missing anything. The lobby is also a nice place to hang out before or after your movie with a full bar, a pool table, and plenty of family games to play. Prices are pretty comparable to other theaters of the kind, so it doesn't feel like a big splurge. Just a really enjoyable spot for a movie night.
