The job was never completed, no one followed up or communicated after making an attempt to call the Inspector who scheduled the service. However I received several statements showing that owed. I reached out to cancel the service and was co texted by Brittany Smith who told me a technician had been to my home when in fact no one ever showed up to my home. I was present all day -- no call, no knock, no visit. Yet, this company is attempting to charge me for a service that was never provided. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. I have proof that the issue remains unresolved. When I reached out to address it, I was met with unprofessionalism and harassment for payment I do not owe. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for reliable, honest service -- look elsewhere. I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will pursue this matter to the fullest extent.

Ecopest comes when they say they will, and does the job. They promise that if you see live roaches within 30 days of the treatment, they will come back gratis, and they do. (To be fair, they ask that you wait two weeks to give the product a chance to work).
