The job was never completed, no one followed up or communicated after making an attempt to call the Inspector who scheduled the service. However I received several statements showing that owed. I reached out to cancel the service and was co texted by Brittany Smith who told me a technician had been to my home when in fact no one ever showed up to my home. I was present all day -- no call, no knock, no visit. Yet, this company is attempting to charge me for a service that was never provided. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. I have proof that the issue remains unresolved. When I reached out to address it, I was met with unprofessionalism and harassment for payment I do not owe. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for reliable, honest service -- look elsewhere. I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will pursue this matter to the fullest extent.

I had bundled service with Turner and never had a problem with pest control. I was never contacted and decided to call and received the same song and dance about a supervisor. After not hearing from anyone again I decided to cancel Turner. It cost me $455 to fix my lawn. They keep sending me the bill for the poor service and again offered to have a supervisor contact me. I told them to send me the bill because I won't give them any info over the phone. I've hired a new service, Lawn looks great and no bugs.

Most of the technicians stayed on staff after the company changed hands so the experience has been seamless. The communication is always great - we get a text or a call in advance usually and a follow up email. The company's web resources are also convenient and phone help has been excellent when needed. The pricing seems competitive. We recommend Turner. We had one issue (in several years) and a manager called back immediately and was fantastic to problem solve and ensure we were happy. Ecopest comes when they say they will, and does the job. They promise that if you see live roaches within 30 days of the treatment, they will come back gratis, and they do.
