I use Tyler for my eyelash extensions. She is quick and the stay on wonderfully. Easy to schedule…read moreand reschedule when needed.

About a week and a half ago, I visited Noor Threading to have my eyebrows waxed, threaded, and…read morelaminated. A few days later, I noticed my eyebrow hairs looked damaged: dry, brittle, and almost fried. Shortly after, I began losing a significant amount of eyebrow hair, especially along the top of my brows. Simply touching or brushing through them causes multiple hairs to fall out, far more than I have ever experienced before. I naturally have thick, full eyebrows, which is how I arrived. Now, my brows are noticeably thinner and patchy. Some remaining hairs developed an unnatural curl, causing them to stick out and not lay flat, and many of those hairs have since fallen out. To understand what happened, I visited another brow professional who specializes in brow laminations. I was told my brows had been overprocessed. I was informed that different areas of the brows process at different speeds, which is why technicians should check the brows throughout the process. If not properly monitored, the hairs can become damaged, dry out, curl, and fall out--resulting in patchy brows, which is what I am experiencing. During my appointment at Noor, my brows were not checked during processing. The plastic wrap was only removed once the timer went off before moving on to the next step. I followed all aftercare instructions provided, including keeping my brows dry for 24 hours. I was advised to leave my brows alone and allow them time to recover, as they are currently very dry, damaged, and shedding hair. I also experienced a chemical burn in the brow area following the service, although I do not have a photo. This experience has been extremely disappointing. This was my first time visiting a brow studio since moving and my first-ever brow lamination. I paid a significant amount for this service, only to be left with damaged, thinning brows and hair loss. Below I attached a photo of what my eyebrows looked like before without any product or makeup on it, then are photos of after I visited Noor.

I've been seeing Dr. Watts since she opened. Her prices are very reasonable and I consider her to…read morebe an expert. I've had Botox, filler, PDO threads, and lipodissolve (similar to Kybella). They offer several other services, have an amazing skin care line, and are expanding to include a full day spa experience. I've had nothing but positive experiences! I would highly recommend Watts Wellness.

Made an appointment for a weight loss medication. It's one I've used before so I was very familiar…read morewith the protocol, however, was still charged a $99 "consultation" fee. The medication was quoted on the phone as $200 but I was charged $350 because I am "not a member". This difference was not disclosed when I called to get pricing. My consultation included really nothing very professional since I knew everything about the process. I was given a vile and syringes and went home. I realized I wasn't 100% sure of the dosage so I texted and was given that information. I followed their instructions to the letter and very quickly realized that the vile was absolutely not going to last 28 days so I made a follow-up appointment to chat about this. I was told by the PA that "we don't prescribe this very often so the nurses get confused as to what the dosage is". Seriously? Turns out I was instructed to take more than double what I should have, which is why I was running out prematurely. She offered me additional doses for $100, which I declined and requested I get what I have already paid for. What I ultimately agreed to do was a reduction in dosage and hope that what will get me through the end of the protocol. The PA basically drastically reduced my dose so as not to have to give me additional medication. Anyone prescribing a medication needs to fully understand everything about that medication so that the patient gets appropriate treatment. This facility does not provide that kind of professional care. They're probably great for a massage or other non-invasive treatments, but I would absolutely not trust them to dispense medication and accurate instructions.
