This place is really gone downhill over the past two years. 2. I scheduled my appointment for a manicure and pedicure and only received a manicure. They forgot that I scheduled two services. Happened more than once. 3. On top of that I had to wait two hours for a manicure after they forgot about my pedicure. So I had to wait an hour until they even began my manicure. 4. The manicure made my nails hurt for days afterward because they were so rough with my hands. There's nothing relaxing about going here. 5. If you're looking for a spa day to get your nails done to relax, I would go down the street. 6. They book appointments on top of each other in order to get the most money out of people. They don't actually care about the quality of service. (I'm a board certified cosmetologist) (I know the business over 10+ years) Go somewhere else.

They were not very accommodating for that...one nice man spoke up and said he would do it when everyone else wanted to make me wait for hours. I tipped him $10 for a $10 polish removal that took 5 minutes max. Well...when it came time to get polish back on my toes they couldn't seem to fit me in. Really???? They seem to have lost many of their really good nail techs. Time to move on...

Unfortunately, with the manicure, it was not a positive experience. I kept telling the nail tech exactly what I wanted and he insisted I didn't want it that way and proceeded to do what he wanted. The worst part is I now have two completely cracked nails after 5 days. I had dip with a gel top coat. Typically, at my original nail place, I can go at least three weeks without any chipping, not here. Very disappointed.

The friendly banter is so entertaining, it was like coming back home again. My sister was getting married last weekend so we came to get nails a mani, pedi, and gel. I absolutely missed everyone and I think I'm going to have to make this a regular visit again. My favorite nail tech is no longer there, so I saw David and he did a fine job. Admittedly, I was nervous because I've had such difficulty at all other places but here so I wasn't sure what to expect, but he did a nice job, especially since I had used Gorilla Glue on 3 of my broken nails to keep the length before my visit! Haha! He 'worked' with what I gave him and they turned out quite professional looking. I never have any problems with the quality of work here. As for any naysayer in these other comments, I don't know why their experiences were any less than perfection. I've been to this facility for a few years every so many weeks before my recent gap and ALWAYS had great visits. They're worth the drive for me. I've been a client for about a year, and from the moment I walked in, I was immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. The tools were sanitized in front of me, the chairs and stations were immaculate, and there was a calming, fresh scent throughout the space--definitely not your average nail salon! The hospitality was next-level. I was greeted with a warm smile, offered a drink, and made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. Every technician I interacted with was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about their craft. Now let's talk about the nails. I come in with a few ideas for some delicate nail art and they brought it to life better. The attention to detail was incredible, and the colors were vibrant and exactly what I wanted.
