Unfortunately the esthetician and owner, Kim, was sick that day but had missed contacting me to let me know she couldn't be there. She felt bad for not letting me know and offered to reschedule my appointment free of charge. I went for my waxing appointment yesterday and it was great! Kim was very personable and made the experience very pleasant (as pleasant as waxing can be) and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this place and it's services. Thanks ladies!

Today was my 3rd visit to Life Stiles (http://www.lifestiles.ca/)…read more They offer chiropractic treatments and spa treatments such as massage and laser hair removal. The building itself is kept immaculately clean and the staff have always been uber friendly and professional. I originally purchased a Living Social (think Groupon) deal over a year ago for laser hair removal. I found out shortly after that I was pregnant and was unable to use the voucher. The laser technician, Jillian, offered for me to return after I had my baby and advised that they would extend the expiry date. Since having my baby 9 months ago, I have come for 2 session, with Jillian, who has been an absolute pleasure. I was definitely a little nervous, to say the least, that I may be treated differently because of my voucher but that has not been the case. They have free parking spaces in the back (so don't pay at a meter on 124th street) and a basket of sandals to slip on when you come through the door. You will walk through the Chiropractic area filled with modern items like stability balls and a trampoline. The decor is gorgeous and quite tranquil! The owner, Dr. Greg Stiles, is a chiropractor and I have run into him several times - and is he is as charming as he is handsome. I have overhead him working with patients and he has an amazingly calm and gentle demeanour. Even Jillian, the laser technician I see, has only had wonderful things to say about working for him. In fact, when I consider chiropractic treatments in the future I will start with Mr. Stiles! I also appreciate that they sell items that are health conscious - nail polishes free of dbp, formaldehyde and toluene. The also carry the Juice Plus line of greens and fruits that is supported by Dr. William Sears (www.askdrsears.com) - MY FAVORITE go to doctor and website for all things natural and parenting! They carry a few of his books here and I also was able to check out one of his DVDs to borrow for free! Upon arrival, I am always offered complimentary tea (and they have quite a selection) or chilled water. They have apples and snacks in their tranquil seating area that also boasts a fireplace. I uploaded a few pics - so check them out! I've also picked up some goodies from their clearance bin for my toddler (nail polish free of all that junk I mentioned above) and some high end make up items for myself. Check out their website and you will find a link to both their Chiropractic and their Spa. The website is gorgeous - a real plus in my books! The Chiropractic one has this listed for services: To best assist you in your quest for optimal health, our practice provides many products and services including: Chiropractic care for health matinance, motor vehicle accident treatment and pregnancy Massage therapy and accupuncture Erchonia cold laser tteament Revlar oxidative stress testing Posture analysis Dietary supplements and support Bodo infared sauna Exercise support The Spa site has the following listed under services: Relax, Rejuvenate, Enjoy We are proud to offer top of the line treatments using world renowned product lines and performed by friendly, professional service providers. Acupuncture & Massage Advanced Skin Care Bridal Packages Chemical Peels Facials Feet, Hands and Body Laser Hair Removal Laser Treatments Men`s Treatments Packages Visa Complexion Analysis Waxing and Threading I should also mention that they have evening and weekend appointments available - a definitely plus! I really cannot say enough about the overall atmosphere of this place! I feel very fortunate to have tried them on a Living Social voucher and I definitely see myself continuing to utilize their services! So this is a rarity for me, but I'm giving them 5 stars! I'm not quite sure how I'd rate them for ALL of their services but my experience so far could not have been any better! (And a 5 star experience on my 3rd visit on a Living Social voucher - we all know how those experiences sometimes turn out!)

She was very professional and easy to talk to. She also kept checking in to make sure I was ok with how they were looking which I really appreciated. Anything with your face is very personal and you should be extremely particular who you go to. In the end Linda came very highly rated and recommended and this experience did not disappoint. She was also helpful in explaining and answering more questions that I had regarding my brows and how to help me look my best. I will be recommending this place to anyone wondering where to go for brows!

I constantly thought to myself that I should try this place out but never had the time to. Today, I finally had the time and reason to and I was not disappointed! The nail salon was really clean and the ladies working here were really friendly and polite. The service I received was quick yet up to my standards. The esthetician that did my nails was Ojo, and she was very friendly and efficient. Not only was she super careful in filing and shaping my nails, she always checked in to ensure that I was comfortable and that I was never experiencing pain or anything at all. Which I really appreciated. Many nail salons that I have gone too, the esthetician work on your nails quickly and don't often check-in to see if you're okay. Overall, I was pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely coming back to this place! The ladies mentioned that the salon gets pretty busy during the weekends, so your best bet is to make an appointment on the weekends. If you're hoping to drop in, then during the weekdays in the evenings seem to be when they are less busy and you wont have to wait. Also the price here is pretty standard, and definitely better bang for your buck if you're comparing quality of service. They also offer eyelash extensions at this location. I usually dont use that service, but based on the quality of their nails, if I ever decided to get eyelash extensions I would totally give this place a try!
