Excellent - best facial. I am a regular customer and I would recommend Nikki over and over again!

I used to love this place and recommended it to anyone seeking true relaxation and an elevated…read moretreatment experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined, and it now feels as though anyone regardless of training or skill level is allowed to provide massages. Today, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up leaving the treatment room just 12 minutes into the session. The service was completely unskilled: rushed, inconsistent, lacking rhythm, and missing the foundational techniques that define a competent, professional massage therapist. A skilled therapist uses intentional pressure, consistent/proper flow, and an understanding of muscle anatomy to create a therapeutic and cohesive experience none of which were present. Realizing the session was doing more harm than good, I made the decision to end it and leave. The front desk staff clearly knew something had gone wrong, as my early departure was obviously due to dissatisfaction. Yet I was still charged $139. Not only is that unreasonable, but deeply unprofessional. When I called for clarification, I was met with a scripted cancellation-policy explanation given by the same employee who witnessed me ending the service early and leaving the studio upset. Only after pressing for details was I told I'd need to speak with a manager. The entire interaction was dismissive, confusing, and frankly, insulting. This visit brought frustration instead of the relaxation this business is supposed to offer. And for anyone who believes the service I received, particularly from Pam, is acceptable, I can assure you they have not experienced a true massage from a trained, skilled professional.

This is my second time in. It was very relaxing. I start with a massage with Ceara who was great…read more This was my second facial with Jojo. I got the facial with a nanoinfusion and peel and both times my face felt hydrated and rejuvenated! Very relaxing.

They were so friendly and celebrated my birthday upon walk in Facility- clean and the decor of choice created an immediate relaxing vibes. My massage therapist was Sogbe (hope I spelled it correctly) and boy was she EXCELLENT! She understood my medical needs and took her time to provide great services. I cannot wait to visit again!!!! I booked the appointment online and put down the necessary deposit. They were running a special for the month of January- 10% off during weekdays and it included aromatherapy. The 10% off did not automatically apply and I'm pretty sure I didn't get the discount. Parking- street parking if available. We lucked up and got a spot right in front of the spa. No paying a meter was required. My massage therapist was Mike and my husband's massage therapist was Kimberly. The couple's room was tight so I could feel, see and hear every time my husband's therapist talked to him or when she moved. My husband felt that Kimberly just couldn't get the pressure right even though she asked. He also felt like she took a break after every touch so there was awkwardly long waiting periods. He said her touch was often too soft even though he told her the pressure wasn't enough. She was pleasant; notwithstanding, she just wasn't the right therapist for him. Mike also asked me once about the pressure and at the time, it was okay. As the massage went on, it became uncomfortable. In all fairness, I should've spoken up. The elbow and forearm down the back and around the shoulders was the most painful. We got the massages on Monday morning and I'm still in pain on Wednesday. This is the first time I've asked for a male massage therapist and boy could I tell the difference. The pressure alone was intense. The best part was the scalp rub and the lavender scent (although there was something mid-massage that smelled like mildew). When asked what areas of focus before starting, I mentioned that I wanted my mid-back and arms focused on because I have carpal tunnel. Those areas weren't paid any special attention--they were simply apart of the regularly scheduled program - upper left, then upper right, then lower left, the lower right, then flip and repeat and end with scalp. This was the process for both my husband and I though he was flipped front a lot sooner than I was. Overall, I wouldn't mind returning if I'm in the area and trying another therapist.
