The quality of the physicians has remained high, but everything else about the practice has deteriorated so much that I've now left it. Physician availability has declined, so it often takes weeks or even months to get an appointment. Worse yet, the phone system for contacting the practice is nightmarish, and you simply can't call them directly. Now that the practice is owned by private equity, supposed staffing "efficiencies" have made it unpleasant to be a patient.
