Got an large (16oz) iced Mocha ($5.50) and a grilled veggie sandwich ($10.00) which were both very good tasting and well sized. The avocados on the sandwich were definitely fresh. Seating, wifi and power outlets are plentiful, easy to use and comforting. Note the drink pick up is self serve, but they do deliver food to the tables. Table bussing is self clean. Chaffee's Brewhouse provided excellent drip coffee, espresso, and more. The service from the employees was excellent-on point, patience, informed, professional, and even better-friendly-the kind of friendly you only get from small midwestern towns. More importantly: there is food provided, and several rooms and areas to enjoy your food and drink, and Chaffees had an excellent quiet room that allowed me to setup my laptop and submit multiple million dollar proposals in while I drank my coffee. I can't wait to come back to town, if only for the coffee and the one thing I didn't get to do there: have a beer/cocktail at the end of the day. The waffle on it was delectable, but the shake itself was average. Both shakes tasted like they were just vanilla with a hint of berry and caramel, maybe haha. None of us could tell. Also no fruity pebbles or trick we're mixed in with the berry beignet like states on their website. I wouldn't care about these minor issue if it weren't for the steep prices. $7 a shake, $10-$12 for a burger with no side, and $4 fries. I don't mind paying that but the item should be held to a high standard.
