It was all great. I probably wouldn't stop again for the shake alone (although the presentation was fantastic), but it was a nice combo with the food. Get the rosemary parmesan fries, you won't be sorry! Fyi, the rice crispy treat shake has chocolate and caramel in and on it which I didn't expect.

But are loaded with garlic and I was scared my child wouldn't eat her burger due to the garlic on it. She didn't like the garlic fries which would made me even more scared in anticipation. I cleaned most of the garlic off of the burger that I found and put it on a different plate before she noticed and thank god she was just fine. I'm sure other moms can understand my fear haha. Her kid burger was huge! If you have two kids you could probably cut it in half. I got the bourbon burger which was fantastic beside the yucky wilted lettuce on it. My boyfriend loved the Cajun, I like spicy food but it was far too spicy for my liking. The shake presentation was AMAZING! The toppings on the shakes made up for the lack of flavor. The beignet itself was delicious! The shake it's self lacked flavor. McDonald's vanilla has more flavor unfortunately. Same goes for the caramel waffle. The waffle on it was delectable, but the shake itself was average. Both shakes tasted like they were just vanilla with a hint of berry and caramel, maybe haha. None of us could tell. Also no fruity pebbles or trick we're mixed in with the berry beignet like states on their website. I wouldn't care about these minor issue if it weren't for the steep prices. $7 a shake, $10-$12 for a burger with no side, and $4 fries. I don't mind paying that but the item should be held to a high standard.

The staff were very nice and recommended the All-American Toll as one of their favorites- of course I had to try it. My father in law got the Southern roll and I wish we had ordered one of each to try them all. The All-American had ground beef, onions, cheddar cheese, pickle and was topped with tomato and their burger sauce. The Southern Roll had pulled pork and Mac and cheese and had bbq sauce drizzled over top. Both were delicious, crispy outside and flavorful combinations inside with some delicious sauces. From what I saw on their Instagram this is a new food truck, but if this meal is any indication, I can see it being really popular.

Despite how busy they were, my order came up quite quickly and was nicely sized. The chips were run of the mill, the queso was great, pico good, but the star of the show here was the chicken! The chicken was cut into pieces but maintained its thick crispy coating. It was tender and juicy. It was sauced with just the right amount and the sauce itself was incredibly delicious. I could have eaten an entire tray of just the chicken! Overall there was an adequate amount of topping to go with the pile of chips. Hope to come across them again and try more of the menu!

Pretty cute truck with a nice setup and easy to read menu and ordering instructions. When I arrived there were about 5 customers ahead of me that already ordered their food and was waiting. I went up and after waiting a reasonable couple minutes, one of the two guys stepped off the grill to take our order. He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either. Unfortunately, this won't be a food truck we return to.

The lady who was working inside the ice cream truck and handing out the ice cream to everyone was not friendly at all. I deal with social anxiety and was recently diagnosed with coronary heart disease, so this was going to be a treat for me that I desperately needed to try and take my mind off of these things. I walked up and told the lady what I wanted, and she became nasty towards me and told me that she was going to watch me "drown" because I was stuttering what I wanted. I repeated again what I wanted and even said the color of the ice cream (two flavors- strawberry (pink)/ chocolate(black)) since she did not seem to understand when I said "strawberry". She was once again nasty and said- "we have strawberry and chocolate, what do you WANT". I again repeated it, and she finally handed it to me. My friend was next to me and witnessed all of this. As soon as she stepped up, my friend said what she wanted, and the lady, still referring to me, said, see you figured it out. I feel that this company needs a course in customer service and how to deal with the public. You never know who has a disability by their appearance or better yet, you never know what that person is dealing with in life. This was supposed be a fun treat, but instead it was anxiety provoking.

I thought about what I loved doing the most and only one thing came to mind - ICE CREAM. So I bought a small jeep and a freezer, and began selling ice cream bars out of the truck. I went out to sell my ice cream before my classes and during weekends in order to save enough to pay my college tuition and save up for the future. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good.
