My father in law got the Southern roll and I wish we had ordered one of each to try them all. The All-American had ground beef, onions, cheddar cheese, pickle and was topped with tomato and their burger sauce. The Southern Roll had pulled pork and Mac and cheese and had bbq sauce drizzled over top. Both were delicious, crispy outside and flavorful combinations inside with some delicious sauces. From what I saw on their Instagram this is a new food truck, but if this meal is any indication, I can see it being really popular.

Despite how busy they were, my order came up quite quickly and was nicely sized. The chips were run of the mill, the queso was great, pico good, but the star of the show here was the chicken! The chicken was cut into pieces but maintained its thick crispy coating. It was tender and juicy. It was sauced with just the right amount and the sauce itself was incredibly delicious. I went up and after waiting a reasonable couple minutes, one of the two guys stepped off the grill to take our order. He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either. Unfortunately, this won't be a food truck we return to.

I deal with social anxiety and was recently diagnosed with coronary heart disease, so this was going to be a treat for me that I desperately needed to try and take my mind off of these things. I walked up and told the lady what I wanted, and she became nasty towards me and told me that she was going to watch me "drown" because I was stuttering what I wanted. I repeated again what I wanted and even said the color of the ice cream (two flavors- strawberry (pink)/ chocolate(black)) since she did not seem to understand when I said "strawberry". She was once again nasty and said- "we have strawberry and chocolate, what do you WANT". I again repeated it, and she finally handed it to me. My friend was next to me and witnessed all of this. As soon as she stepped up, my friend said what she wanted, and the lady, still referring to me, said, see you figured it out. I feel that this company needs a course in customer service and how to deal with the public. You never know who has a disability by their appearance or better yet, you never know what that person is dealing with in life. The guy has always asked if I want it to burn just today, or tomorrow too, and they'll crank up the heat accordingly. Tonight however, they convinced me to try the Surf & Turf roll and oh brother...outstanding! This one has loads of lobster AND brisket, delivering a knockout in flavor. Even at a hefty $32 for a roll and chips, I wasn't mad about it. This is a much larger roll than other lobster trucks out there and is seriously packed with meat and then loaded with toppings. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am). However...if you have little kids...maybe just send mom or dad up to order, as it can get spicy (just like the roll) sometimes.

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role. It was $29 which a lot of people might think is a lot of money literally for a sandwich, but I will tell you this it is truly worth it.
