My father in law got the Southern roll and I wish we had ordered one of each to try them all. The All-American had ground beef, onions, cheddar cheese, pickle and was topped with tomato and their burger sauce. The Southern Roll had pulled pork and Mac and cheese and had bbq sauce drizzled over top. Both were delicious, crispy outside and flavorful combinations inside with some delicious sauces. From what I saw on their Instagram this is a new food truck, but if this meal is any indication, I can see it being really popular.

Also no fruity pebbles or trick we're mixed in with the berry beignet like states on their website. I wouldn't care about these minor issue if it weren't for the steep prices. $7 a shake, $10-$12 for a burger with no side, and $4 fries. I preferred the flavors of the Korean Pig, as there was a tangy spiciness to it I can't describe, but I loved it! My wife's Classic Pig was also very good, and if you don't prefer spicy, this one's for you. As we talked with the owners, we learned they purchase and butcher their pigs locally. They smoke the entire pig together, so all those cuts of meat are flavoring every bite you take. And you can tell. There's nothing frozen here, it's all pulled that morning. There's a traditional burger called Signature Burger, then numbered 1-3 depending on how many patties. They have three fancier burgers -- Mushroom & Swiss, BBQ or Jalapeño. There are three types of chicken sandwiches -- Regular, Mango Habanero or Nashville Hot. They also offer chicken wings or chicken tenders with 8 sauces to choose from. Side options are waffle fries or onion rings. If you have a sweet tooth, they offer six flavors of milk shakes. I went with the Signature Burger 2 and a side of waffle fries. In addition to the two patties, it comes with two slices of American cheese, caramelized onions, signature sauce and mayonnaise. It was ready in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. They do have about ten tables if you want to dine inside. The burger comes wrapped in foil and stayed pretty warm by the time I got home. The flavor was excellent but after a few bites it almost seemed too decadent for a burger. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than it was so rich and dense that I think my taste buds were confused. I couldn't really taste the signature sauce, so I think next time I would ask for extra signature sauce and get it without mayonnaise. The fries were crispy and all in all it ended up being the perfect amount of food. I'd be interested to try one of the chicken sandwiches next time.
