But this place is an interesting concept, and I'm always here for fried balls of food, so would definitely try again. The chips were great and definitely the best part. I just wish they weren't served directly underneath the croquettes so I could have gotten to them easier and that they weren't covered in the sauce from the croquettes - I got their cheese sauce as well and would have just liked to dip them in that. Of course I told her how good our food was and she suggested we try the brisket next time I have never liked brisket & told her so. She said you'll like mine & got me a sample. She was not wrong! Incredibly delicious! On Saturday we did order the brisket Nachos. Not a disappointment. Brother and SIL got the ground beef. Tried a bit of theirs. Again, delicious! There's only one kind of filling, the standard potato and cheese, but that classic combo is always good. I got the BAMF- bacon, asiago, truffle mayo, and green onions (forking onions?,) sided with a long skinny kielbasa. Mmm. Perfectly sauteed and the toppings are great. The other topping options range from standard sauteed onions and sour cream, to General Tso's I think, to corned beef and sauerkraut, Brussels sprouts, and more.
