There's only one kind of filling, the standard potato and cheese, but that classic combo is always good. I got the BAMF- bacon, asiago, truffle mayo, and green onions (forking onions?,) sided with a long skinny kielbasa. Mmm. Perfectly sauteed and the toppings are great. The other topping options range from standard sauteed onions and sour cream, to General Tso's I think, to corned beef and sauerkraut, Brussels sprouts, and more.
