As mentioned, pho is pho... spring rolls were ok since I didn't know what to expect from them. Second visit was for the 3 Sum rice platter. Most of it was good, but my first time as a Vietnamese person eating shredded lettuce in my rice and meat platter. The pork chop traditionally has always been thin and grilled to a light char, this thing was massively thick, luckily it was still juicy and flavorful! Overall, pretty good. Spring rolls on the other hand... needs more practice. One of the two had no vermecilli noodles and was just lettuce and shrimp, while the other had a pinch of noodles. A bit short on the ratio. Still have their banh mi to try, so we'll see how that goes.
