Went in this restaurant to eat with my husband and this place lets people play whatever music they want, so me and my husband had to listen to dirty loud rap music talking about woman's private parts, half the food came out almost burnt, it was just young kids working there that didn't know what they were doing, no silverware we had to get up and go get it ourselves, then when a drunk guy came up to our table I'm told there's no manager on staff just a "sit in" manager, who finally came over and got this guy away from our table, but did nothing after that. I asked the "manager" to make sure this guy doesn't follow us outside, he did nothing, because the over served drunk guy followed us to our car, and then started following us as we drove, trying to cause an accident, we had to call the police, he got scared, ran off and left us alone, when I called the next morning and talked to a female manager about the situation that happened last night, she told me "if you don't want to hear that type of music you can open your own bar and play whatever music you liked" and hung up on me, never addressed the burnt food or the altercation that took place at their bar just made some ridiculous excuses for what took place at their establishment....so if your looking for someplace to take your family, this place is not it, I've been a bartender for about 20 years, and have never seen this nonsense happen at a restaurant. My girlfriend and I went to the beach bar and grill around 4:30 PM. We have been coming here for well over 10 years. Our waitress Cheri who has waited on us several times was professional as always. We ordered bruschetta and a glass of Chardonnay. We have always been served full glasses of wine, but this time the glasses were half full. we sent it back and they topped it off. We continued our meal and proceeded to order dinner with another glass of wine. It came only half full. Cheri took it back, and another waitress returned to place the half glasses of wine on our table. I asked to see the manager, and immediately the bartender came over to say what seems to be the problem? I requested to speak to the manager and Hailey The bartender said the manager did not want to see us, and then she was the manager. I said this isn't what we are used to, they always have fillEd our glasses to the top for the last several years. Hailey then argued with us calling us F****** B****** And told us to leave the restaurant, and we were never allowed back. There was a young family a booth away, listening to this scene. Hailey came back to the table with the bill containing our dinner order, which had not been served. It took her 3 times to get the bill right with it being two checks like we have always done. $6.04 each which we paid cash. The next day I called and talked with the owner David, and after hearing of our experience, he said he would do an investigation and call me back in three days. As of today I have not heard anything, it seems the owner is OK with customer mistreatment. Very disappointed!!! Great/family/neighborhood bar gone ghetto. read more

Let me tell you about The Beach... located in a non description strip mall in Jurupa Valley is a wonderful restaurant named "The Beach." As a meat eater, I have to say, I'd put their steaks up against any steak in riverside... yes up against Mario's Place, and Duane's at the mission inn. It's a delicious steak. Never had a bad one here. They even have some Prime options. I'm a semi regular and usually go for lunch if I can make some time. I always get the "business lunch" it comes with a sirloin, broccoli, and rice pilaf. It's the perfect sized meal for watching your weight. While this sirloin isn't the steak I was ranting about above, I'll say it's the best sirloin I've ever had too . The Beach is a fun and laid back type atmosphere. Large draft beer selection, spots on the TVs, music, tiki/ beach themed, etc. They have large and cold beer mugs too. They even have a little hotdog station on certain evenings. Pretty neat. We camp at Rancho Jurupa regional park and was recommended to try The Beach. We've eaten here twice so far and it's been great. They have an awesome happy hour menu from 3-7 pm with several options for food and drink. Mondays they have a Steak special which is really good for under $20, we've also tried their fish and chips and pepperoni pizza. The frozen margaritas are a little sweet and tart for my taste, but I'll just try something else. The ice tea was cold and refreshing. read more

Very short staff had to keep going to the bar to get drinks we were only 6 people and took an over an hour to order waitress never comes by your table until you call her over we use to go here all the time but it's sad it got this bad we really like the place the food great but the Resturant needs help to get back on track from how it use to be hopefully they will just make sure you have a lot of time when you go it definitely wasn't worth the money and they added 18% gratuity so sad read more

My husband and I work late today. I use google maps to find a restaurant that was open. It was 8pm we got to restaurant and they told us they had done last call for food. So we just order a beer. At 8:30 pm we ask for an other round and after 15 minutes they told us that last call for alcohol was when we came in. We walk out at 9pm because they turn tv of and started walking customers out. Came to beaches a couple Saturdays ago with a girlfriend, it reminded me of places in Orange County that I miss. The bartender, Bryan was welcoming and super friendly in a professional manner. We challenged Bryan with crazy mixed drinks we kept looking up and we couldn't have had a better mix master at our service. At the end of the night he gave us water to hydrate us which was a first for me. His barback Lee was awesome as well. 5 stars to Bryan and The Beach. On a Friday night about 3 weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were looking for a nice place to grab a bite to eat after 8pm. We came across The Beach and were excited to try it out. We walked in the the place wasn't busy at all. We waited by the front hostess podium for a couple minutes then I advanced us to the bar for some help. The person behind the bar stated that she would be right with us and continued to serve a couple of patrons. There was also a guy behind the bar that was doing "something". After nearly 3 minutes I turned to my girlfriend and told her that we were leaving. We left and all I can think is the employees were glad they didn't have two more people to serve on that very slow night. I would hate to see how they operate with actual business. I went to the beach yesterday with my friend. Saturday afternoon, bar was packed and 1 bartender?? We haven't been there in awhile since they let Tiffani go. We ordered a drink and food to go. I ordered a mango cart with a tajin rim (because let's face it, that's the only way you should drink it, tajin with that beer is so good) My friend ordered an angry orchard but the bartender forgot about her for a little bit. When we got the bill I saw that I was charged 1 dollar for a ''michelada'' eventhough I didn't have a michelada. I got charged 1 dollar for the tajin rim on my beer. Why didn't the bartender tell me that it was extra? I was shocked when I saw that. The Beach is the first place I have been to where they charge for a tajin rim. Everywhere in downtown they don't charge. When we got the food home (which is right down the street) it wasn't hot, fries were cold and soggy. We won't be going back to the beach. I have been to this restaurant about five times now, and last week decided to try the steak. I've enjoyed everything so far so I figured let's give them a shot. My wife got the prime rib and I went with the rib eye. It was very impressive, so I went back last night to make sure. Sorry Black Angus but I've found my go to steak spot. They call this place the Beach because they charge shoreline prices, I think. The flow of burger plates looked really good but I will say that the prices for those burgers were all in the $11 + range. There are a lot of great burger places that can get you gourmet burgers at $8 to $10 range. They don't have Time Warner so don't go hoping to watch a Dodger game like I did but that is a Dodger thing. There was one girl serving the bar and the restaurant so flow was pretty slow. Not her fault, can't run a lunch crowd here with one person. If anyone asked her a question about the menu, you lost her for 10 minutes. I had been craving fish and chips but at $12 I chose the half order. It was not big enough to satisfy me. It came with one piece of fish. The "coleslaw" needs to be renamed, it is NOT coleslaw. It has cabbage but that's where the similarities end. I would not order the fish and chips here again. I would consider a burger if I had to come back but the price of the Tsunami is the same price as an advertisement I just got from another chain restaurant for their steak and lobster.
