The atmosphere is good! We got here at about 5:30 we order our drinks which came out fairly quickly. Once she took our food order food took about 1.5 to get us. People that got here after we got their food before us! When I ask the waitress she said we are full mind you when we got here there were only a couple of tables if that was true or if appetizer boils have come out first Once the food came out everything was cold! Steaks that are supposed to be 8oz look like 4 they are burnt instead of the medium rear. She didn't even take the time to ensure that we didn't need anything else. I'm assuming food is good if it wasn't burnt and cold! Yeah, I will not be coming back and or recommending it I mind you the prices are not even cheap to get such nasty food. Great visit today. They are up and running regular hours again. Son ordered the Beach BbQ burger, avocado, jack, bacon & onion ring. Opted for onion rings, which in his words "these are real good, probably the best I've ever had." I ordered the shrimp (8) and fries. Each $14.99. Very very good today. I usually order their amazing wings, but last visit (a month ago) they were overcooked..(boooo). Cold tasty beer & great service. They have a new lunch menu, until 3, items under $10. We finally came to eat at the Beach! We heard about it, saw Alan Borgen review it on YouTube (pre-pandemic) and it has been around for years. We came on a Friday night about 5:30pm and it was pretty crowded. Happy hour and a fish special she said, so I was excited. I love happy hour lol Well, the pints of beer were more than $9 so that wasn't happy. (Usually good is $5-$7 for a normal beer low ABV) We were happy to get Guinness but that's the only dark beer they offered. (So many taps, so little Porters or Stouts) I ordered the shrimp cocktail from the happy hour menu thinking it was $9 but it was $6.75, DEAL! I liked it well enough and the portion served was good. My husband got the fish and chips. Two pieces decent size but breading wasn't crisp, it was " bready" so he was glad he didn't get the 4 piece order. The fries were great. The service was alright considering how busy they were and besides some confusion. The inside was loud but kinda fun with games and a touch tunes so if it could be heard, you can play music. Also pool tables and more! Not a fancy place. Not sure what happened to the Ahi tuna that's mentioned here on yelp by the restaurant but it's a good place for guys to watch sports and have a beer with some decent bar food. read more

My husband and I just moved to Jurupa and are so happy we have The Beach across the street! Spacious restaurant with indoor seating and a patio, great atmosphere, fun Touch Tunes jukebox, lots of TVs for sports, great deals, delicious food and on top of that a wonderful staff. We've talked to Steve, one of the owners, a couple times and he's such a cool friendly guy. He always makes an effort to greet and chat with guests, and make sure they are having a great experience. Loved our wedge salad, and Nashville hot chicken sandwich wasn't bad. Love the thin cut fries. Can't wait to come back for Taco Tuesday! Update: Checked out Taco Tuesday and smoking deals for tacos, shrimp was $2 and El Pastor, chicken and beef were only $1 each. Also $5 large margaritas! Decent tacos and they pack in the meat so can't go wrong with that. My favorite was the shrimp. Also, lots of happy hour deals. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. We used to go to this place pre covid and loved it but the menu has been reduced and all my favorites are gone. Okay. I can deal with that. But the service was slow and sloppy. We were asked multiple times if we ordered yet after our order was in. We both ordered surf and turf, medium rare and extra butter on the potato. We both got a steak that was so well done it was gray and the potato was cold, hard, and undercooked with plastic packs of margarine on the side. The "surf" was some preprocessed fried shrimp without flavor. We told them it was awful and they didn't even care. They charged us for the overpriced beer and never once bothered to try and "fix" our experience. No manager came to speak to us. Nothing. Buh bye I will NEVER eat there again. read more

Well... the onion rings are fantastic, but that's about it. The beach burger that I ordered was unimpressive, a basic cheeseburger from McDonald's is better and has a bigger patty. I'm pretty sure the burger they used was frozen. My wife ordered fish and chips which was severely over cooked or the oil was bad because it came out super dark. Service was very slow. The bartender on the shift appeared to be partying with the folks at the end of the bar and was the loudest person in there. Disappointing as we love pretty close... I think John Taffer needs to pay this place a visit as it really has a lot of potential. read more

It seriously pains me to leave this review as I have been a long time customer mainly on taco Tuesday. Pre-Covid it was great. The service was good, the salsa bar was good, and the food was good. Unfortunately post-covid something changed. All too frequently I go in a bit after 5 for the taco Tuesday menu with my kids and we have received the absolute worst care and service. Yet I still keep coming back thinking it must have been a fluke. On several occasions I have waited 30 minutes to get a menu, another 10 minutes to be asked for drinks, and other 20 minutes to get drinks, another twenty minutes to order food, and an unbearable amount of time (hour plus) to receive the food (just a few tacos), then another hour to get the check. Having two young hangry kids wait this long is incredibly difficult. Even after waiting so long, the tacos came out and the tortillas were very overcooked and inedible. Gave them another shot last night. Came in with my kids and were asked to seat ourselves. Took 15 minutes and no acknowledgment. When the waitress came and asked if anyone helped us yet I said no and we were just going to leave because I could see how the night was going to be. She said sorry and immediately went to the next table. Two stars because when it's not like this, the service is good and the food is good. I like the new menu even though I wish they would bring the salsa bar back. read more

The food was good, but as soon as we asked our server, Lila, what the service fee was for, she said she didn't really know and that she had complained about it to management. I said, that was good because it affected her tip. At that, she became rude and said that she had a bachelor's degree. I don't know what that really had to do with anything, but I wasn't trying to insult her intelligence. I just wanted an answer to my question. We will not be going back, nor will we recommend anyone to this place. We earnestly wanted an answer to our question and did not feel that it was something personal with her. First time coming to The Beach. It was a Friday night , we walked in the ambiance seemed fun. It was busy and lively we were looking forward to it. We had a movie to watch at 8pm , we arrived around 715 pm. We walked in and found a bar top table quickly. We waited about 10 minutes before a server came to greet us and take our drink order. Servers do not wear uniforms so it's hard to tell who the employees are versus customers. A young lady took our order , we only ordered two margaritas. 10 minutes pass and nothing comes out for us, she finally makes eye contact with us and we ask her about our drinks. She says she's going to check , another 15 minutes pass and nothing. In between she could have come back and given us an update but our server failed miserably at that. We were there for about 30 minutes just sitting and waiting. Eventually we left and I doubt the server even noticed. read more

The Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich was the worst thing I have ever been served at a restaurant. The bun was burnt and hard as a rock. The chicken was like something off a dollar kids menu. Found this place on a whim when we ran an errand. The place is kind of cool the inside is huge and their bloody Mary's are to die for. My daughter and son both ordered the BLTs which were really good my husband ordered the prime rib quesadilla and it was sensational. I Ordered the angel hair pasta which was OK but the pasta was a little dry and hard so it could've been better the ambience in this place was really cool we will probably check it out again possibly in the future.? the prices were decent, and the drinks were good. Went in this restaurant to eat with my husband and this place lets people play whatever music they want, so me and my husband had to listen to dirty loud rap music talking about woman's private parts, half the food came out almost burnt, it was just young kids working there that didn't know what they were doing, no silverware we had to get up and go get it ourselves, then when a drunk guy came up to our table I'm told there's no manager on staff just a "sit in" manager, who finally came over and got this guy away from our table, but did nothing after that. I asked the "manager" to make sure this guy doesn't follow us outside, he did nothing, because the over served drunk guy followed us to our car, and then started following us as we drove, trying to cause an accident, we had to call the police, he got scared, ran off and left us alone, when I called the next morning and talked to a female manager about the situation that happened last night, she told me "if you don't want to hear that type of music you can open your own bar and play whatever music you liked" and hung up on me, never addressed the burnt food or the altercation that took place at their bar just made some ridiculous excuses for what took place at their establishment....so if your looking for someplace to take your family, this place is not it, I've been a bartender for about 20 years, and have never seen this nonsense happen at a restaurant.
