IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. Avoid the senior general manager Jordan who is very unprofessional…read more I wanted to freeze my membership. Crunch couldn't do so in time because no one would respond to me in a timely manner/was not available. After 14 days, Jordan emailed me (since no one picks up the dang phone from corporate) and said they had to charge me for the $29.99 a month and then freeze immediately (so I pay for a month I can't use). This ticked me off, and I wanted to cancel instead. Jordan said they have to charge me another $29.99 to "reactivate" my membership to cancel. No refunds for last month that THEY couldn't cancel in time, no refunds for the $29.99 cancellation. I was NEVER told there would be a cancellation fee, nor should there be. Anywhere else I've had memberships to where my account has been frozen have been able to cancel for no fees. I asked for a higher manager and was told "I cannot give that information." I was told I would do a chargeback and was told "then we will reactivate your membership and fees." What kind of business is this?! It's a fraudulent, scummy business that I have told everyone I know not to go to. I went to unfreeze my membership to cancel it for good two months ago, and the person at the front desk told me it was already cancelled. Bizarre. I tried ClassPass and it's much better!

Like, I understand that three nearby gyms closed, which led to this Crunch absorbing all of those members. Great for them! But they clearly did not plan ahead for all the negatives that come with the membership surge. I wondered how the overcrowded-ness could happen until I was presented with the pricing sheet. At just over $30 a month plus fees, it is practically a dollar a day, which would only be worth it if everyone has a place to work out. But what bothered me the most was the general manager (his name is either Jose or Juan; don't remember exactly, but it sounds similar to that). Specifically what he said and how he said it. The pressure of having to sign up for membership, instead of redeeming the free trial, from the general manager was crazy; it's not professional. Having worked at a gym myself, that is not how you interact with potential members. It is better to be transparent and acknowledge that the gym is very busy rather than questioning someone's intent to use a free trial before committing to a membership. Whoever runs the Yelp page for this Crunch can leave a comment here all they want and deny that they don't pressure people to sign up, but management's lack of social awareness and being conniving is super crazy. I took my business elsewhere and did not even bother to stand my ground when it comes to redeeming the free trial because the amount of disrespect was mad silly. Another downside, others have already voiced how difficult it is to get someone on the phone to cancel a membership. Absolutely think carefully about what you want out of a gym, and if the budget allows, definitely look elsewhere.

I started going to Cyclebar a few months ago and fell in love. From the front desk, to the instructors, to the community of riders, everyone is SO friendly and helpful. My first few rides I was nervous about getting my bike set up correctly, and the instructors and other riders always stepped in to help me. They have shoes available for riders at no extra cost. They also provide towels - one for during your ride and a cold one for after your workout. The water (and coffee) fill up station is nice to have before and after your ride. I fell in love with it so much that I got my husband going and now we go every Sunday together. You can purchase one time drop in rides, multi ride packs, or monthly ride subscriptions. First ride is free! If you love high intensity style workouts this place is for you! It has become my therapy. Love you CycleBar!

I also like that it's a first generation Cyclebar so it has full clean showers and restrooms so I can work out and go right to work every thing provided such as filtered water, face towels, bath towels, shampoo, body wash! Great investment in my fitness goals. I am an unlimited rider!
