Amazon carries most of the products in the store at a fraction of the price or even other stores online that ad shipping are way cheaper!!! This pricing is so unfair to the elderly farmers in the area. Ex: I went in for antibiotic ointment that was priced $12 over 3 yrs ago Then $19, then $25 After calling before driving all the way from town, I was told it was in stock. When I got there she went to the back and said all they had was a liquid drops that was $64 for tiny bottle. Omg what a shock. My son needed it for his dogs eye asap so I was a sucker and bought it. Walked out with the plants...a brand new Paludarium and then some. The customer service here is phenomenal. George and Ryan were so helpful and knowledgeable, patiently helped us pick out our merch and gave us advice on problems we had run into. They are laid back and very personable, and funny, almost like we knew them for a long time! But everyone there were super nice and had a great attitude. Making this experience across the island so memorable. The store selection is also something to admire, they have a little bit of everything from small reptiles to dogs in such a small space (compared to a big box store). Definitely had to grab a few upgrades for our dogs and cats. But the fish area was the one place I was very impressed with. Everything they had was so clean and healthy! (Also very reasonably priced. ) The bettas were even housed in their own separate tanks and not in those small tiny plastic cups. Didn't seem stressed at all and just chilled, which was so nice to see. Definitely worth the trip from Kaneohe. Once we set up the new tank and get it established, we will definitely be driving back.

My mom would walk me over after school at Olivet Baptist Preschool so I could look at the chicks. I hadn't been there in years, and they have since done away with the live chicks. I pass by the store all the time and it makes me happy that they are still there and thriving. In the last 6 months, my companines have become parents to a chicken and more recently, a rooster. I called City Feed to inquire on Scratch Feed. They still sell 5 lbs. of feed in doubled paper bags. Larger sizes are available. Parking is, well, there really isn't any. The space fronting the store is a loading zone, which also doubles as a "grab-n-go" stall. It's actually really great, if you are purchasing huge bags of food. Not a far distance from store to car. As long as the fowl continue to live with us, City Feed will have me coming back.

He did not appreciate any browsing. He was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. There was no friendly greeting or anything. Just no friendly or helpful customer service; did not like me asking any questions. The only thing I liked about him was he has cats that are in the store that he takes care of.
