Sometimes I'll call their company phone and ask them for advice, (First time I ever dealt with my female dog being hapai) and they have gone as far as giving me their personal number so I can text pictures of a problem or a question I had. Not even my vet does that lol They always give good advice and the advice always centers around what is best for my pet and I love that. On top of that, the shop is always well stocked and clean.
