Destiny is great with him, and so far are the only ones that can handle and cut this grumpy schnauzer. There were plenty…read moreof times where you checked her fur right in front of me and said oh it just looks matted but her fur was perfectly fine. It's just thick because she is a poodle and it's tightly coiled. Her new groomer has performed every time with the same cut at every visit. So I would say it's inexperienced groomers that kept my dog from getting the groom I paid for each visit as well as injuring her.
