My phone does not pick up calls that it doesn't know I don't have their numbers added in yet, so it gets silenced and sent to spam. I'm taking care of a dying mother. I showed up the next day from my appointment because I didn't get the call. And instead of working with me being a new customer and client basically told me to fuck off you're not getting your $70 put towards the next appointment that's how they treat their new clients don't go here it's full of greed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in with concerns and Samantha really helped ease my anxiety and showed me all that they do there. It was our first time ever boarding a pet so I had a lot of "what if's" and lots of questions were answered. I highly recommend them. I was able to text them and get almost immediate responses when we were away which I was very pleased with. We also got cute doggie report cards at the end of each day.
