This lady was the nicest lady I've ever spoken to (I think in my life.) and customer service was incredible. She answered my dozens of questions and got me scheduled quickly and without a hitch. I so wish I was taking my pets here because it felt as though this clinic treats their clientele like family and the kind lady who helped me seemed VERY knowledgeable. Although my interaction with this clinic was brief, I'd still highly recommend them.

She offered no explanation of what could be going on except "more tests" (apparently the $120 fee at arrival only gets you in the door). Kitten ended up dying bc I couldn't afford the $500+ tests and bloodwork that "wouldn't necessarily show whats wrong". Later that weekend, I talked to my normal vet and he was able to explain and diagnose what happened in 15 minutes. Apparently it was pretty "textbook parvo". Worst part: Vet is CLEARLY NOT AN ANIMAL PERSON and has no bedside manner. BAD CARE, BAD BUSINESS, AND VERY DISHONEST!

I bought a teacup Schnauzer from Lucky 7 Schnauzer in 2019. Although a beautiful smart dog, he was…read moresick from the day I received him. He had a terrible case of kennel cough as many claim below. After over $3,000 in vet bills for treatment and months of illness, I finally had a heathy dog. I could not get any response from the owner. I always questioned the breed of the dog as the hair was somewhat curly. I bought a test from ancestry and sure enough, my expensive "pure breed" schnauzer is 85% Schnauzer and 15% Poodle. Do not buy a dog from this woman. The dogs are not well cared for and not bred properly. I love my dog but he does have digestion problems since I got him. This kennel should be shut down. The dog that should have weighed 6 to 9 lbs actually weighs 12 lbs. double what she said this smallest of the litter was suppose to weigh. Also his black nose turned pink within 6 months which is very unusual for this breed if not mixed.
