Because I was a walk in I ended up waiting a bit longer but that wasn't a problem at all. I was able to check out the local farmers market just a block away. They were super helpful making sure she was fed the way we wanted and had her home bedding in her kennel. She got to have group play all day, unlike the other pet hotel here in town, where you have to pay for additional play time. We felt like our dog was safe and well cared for while we were gone. Pricing was fair. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will definitely use The Bark Spot on 10th West again!
