I was thirsty, a little worn out, and definitely ready for air conditioning, so the brewery's name felt almost prophetic. As if some part of me already knew a cold beer was waiting around the corner. And then it really was. I turned the corner, saw the sign and laughed at the coincidence. Weird, eh? Inside, the welcome was immediate. A friendly hostess found me a table with a power outlet, which is always a nice victory when you're traveling and trying to stay charged up. settled in for two hours that were genuinely pleasant. Two light beers hit the spot without knocking me out of ketosis, and the grilled boneless chicken "wings" were exactly the kind of simple, satisfying plate that I wanted after a long hot day. My waitress was lovely, attentive without hovering, and the whole crowd had that upbeat, easygoing energy that makes a brewery restaurant feel like a community space rather than just a place to grab a drink. The restrooms were clean-the whole establishment was. The draft was crisp and cold. This establishment offers something for everybody and is friendly to families-well-behaved kiddos. We will be back.
