I was thirsty, a little worn out, and definitely ready for air conditioning, so the brewery's name felt almost prophetic. As if some part of me already knew a cold beer was waiting around the corner. And then it really was. I turned the corner, saw the sign and laughed at the coincidence. Weird, eh? Inside, the welcome was immediate. A friendly hostess found me a table with a power outlet, which is always a nice victory when you're traveling and trying to stay charged up. settled in for two hours that were genuinely pleasant. Two light beers hit the spot without knocking me out of ketosis, and the grilled boneless chicken "wings" were exactly the kind of simple, satisfying plate that I wanted after a long hot day. My waitress was lovely, attentive without hovering, and the whole crowd had that upbeat, easygoing energy that makes a brewery restaurant feel like a community space rather than just a place to grab a drink. Between the cold beer, the air conditioning, the friendly vibe, and the chance to unwind after driving all day, Sixth Sense made if feel like they already knew exactly what I needed before I even sat down. I asked for new mashed potatoes and the lady offered me a new plate so I can put them together. Once my server came back she had the mashed potatoes in a mug and didn't offer me a new plate.
