Since I have been going to Chiropractors for a little over 20 years now, I feel my experiences have qualified me to determine who the good ones and the not-so-good ones are. In my honest opinion, Dr. Bannard is definitely one of the GREAT ones. I've been going to his office now for about a year and a half and I would not even think about going anywhere else. The office is very clean, modern, well-kept, and pleasing to the eye. Dr. Bannard is well-experienced, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and has a wonderful disposition. He takes the time to listen to all his patients and then figures out the best ways to treat them. He makes suggestions that apply specifically to a person's ailments. Dr. Bannard works with you to help make you healthier, and you always feel very important when you go to his office. Each patient is treated personally, not like some assembly-line just-a-number, type medical office. This personal approach also applies to his staff. They work as a winning team to give patients the high quality care they deserve. Dr. McKay's organizational skills are amazing and Dee is helpful, friendly, and just the sweetest! There is absolutely no stress when I go there; I know I'm going to get the care I need by a highly efficient and caring staff, all of whom are always polite, helpful, and professional. While I have yet to have the privilege of having a massage at this office, I can honestly say that during my visits I have encountered many patients who have had massages and believe me, they look very happy and relaxed. The massage staff is always friendly and personable to me even though I am not their patient. Dr. Bannard and his office staff are always looking for new ways to be efficient, and this includes the"open concept" table at the far back of the room which I would think helps out mothers who come in with children. However, most patients that come in are led to the back though, where there are private rooms for their massages. I am sure that the massage area is just as efficient and dedicated as the Chiropractic area; Dr. Bannard would have it no other way! Dr. Bannard had me complete a total medical history and he reviewed same with me. Discussed plan of care and what I could do for various aliments. OMG, the waist and feet treatments were fantastic but most importantly as for any woman he "suggested" that I take turmeric curcumin twice daily for digestion as per the literature he had read - it would be beneficial for me but I don't remember for what. I read the material available on the world wide web - a wealth of useful info. I have lost 5 lbs over the past month why I don't know but I truly believe it is the turmeric curcumin. I so love his suggestions which I will comment on in a later review for I want to make an accurate evaluation so I don't insert foot you know where. Okay, let me get back to the chiropractor services. Dr. Bannard made sure that I was pleased with his services & answered all my questions thus making sure that I had a great experience. He placed customer service on a level that is totally awesome to say the least. My neck adjustment was phenomenal. Due to medical reasons, he did not adjust my arms and shoulders thus being very careful not to address those areas maybe some other time. Let me add that his front office chiropractic assistant was polite, efficient, intelligent and reliable. She made sure that appointments were convenient to my schedule many times I arrived before the practice was opened for business - she would let me in and r set me up on the massaging recliner while I waited for Dr. Bannard (no more than 10 minutes). He would always walk in with a smile on his face ready to take on the world. I did mention that I would get there before the beginning of his early AM business days. Please do not hesitate to schedule your appointment with Dr. Bannard; I have gone to other chiropractic offices and they spend 5 minutes reviewing your medical history then you go on a few machines and it's "have a great day see you next time." I have learned over the years that people will take the time to report bad service or mediocre service but excellent service is neglected. Dr. Bannard always provided the best possible care. This is an UNSOLICITED review (which I feel I need to mention because I've been to a chiropractor in the past who used Starbucks cards to incentivize patient reviews). Dr. B is a GODSEND. I know a lot of people, including me at one point, who have been skeptical of chiropractors and what they do, but Dr. B has made me a believer! On my first visit to see him on 2/8 I was unable to eat or drink without a shocking pain in my mouth/jaw but with his treatment I was able to get a break from the pain for just a few min. to be able to drink water pain free. By the next time I saw him on 2/17 I was unable to talk and had to write down anything I needed to say because I was in so much pain and I hadn't ate/drank for days. On our third visit on 2/21 things had got so bad I was worried I wouldn't be able to go to work that day, maybe even the whole week, but I had an early AM appt. and when he was done with me I had no more shocking pain for almost 2 weeks and more importantly was able to eat, drink, and talk again! The pain was replaced with a numbness in the right side of my face but after 2 more visits even the numbness was gone and for the first time in all of 2022 I had 4 whole days of feeling "normal" with no pain, numbness, or discomfort. I'm hopeful that continued treatments with Dr. B will subside the pain enough to buy me time to find the root cause of my issues and who knows possibly even eliminate them all together. I told the receptionists, who are also really nice, that it must feel so rewarding to witness the powerful transformations of Dr. B's patients. The only thing negative I can think of is that sometimes I have to wait awhile even if I'm on time for my appt., however this is the case with most doctors and I do appreciate that he takes the time to talk with you and really listen and not rush you along, far too many doctors do the opposite and it's dehumanizing, so for me any time I have to wait it's forgivable. It is very rare in today's money centric world to find a business and a Doctor who is more concerned for the well being of his patients rather than making a dollar. Dr Daniel Bannard puts your medical treatment and reduction of "life interrupting" pain first. As a young adult, I played full contact sports and survived a car accident that caused long term injuries. I have seen Dr Bannard 3 or 4 times, multiple visits in those times, over the last 15 years and without fail his treatments have removed and completely abated my discomfort and pain. Imagine describing where you hurt and then your doctor runs you through a series of gentle probing examinations and pinpoints the region, area or individual nerve that is causing your discomfort. Then he puts a plan in place to reduce and relieve the pain. My most recent issue started as a stiff neck, I waited an extra day before calling Dr Bannard thinking it would right itself...it did not. I first came to Dr. Bannard with symptoms of back pain two years ago. I could barely move my back and was experiencing headaches and fatigue. Dr. "B" provided an in-depth examination and his knowledge of his industry immediately showed. He made necessary recommendations of x-rays, vitamins, and therapies and sure enough my body fell back into alignment and healed with his careful and thorough care. Love the team at BFCA. I have been doing chiropractic care for 20 years and needed a new one when we moved here 7 years ago. I bounced around a bit and landed with Dr. B. after about a year. I've been there ever since. Dr. Bannard is EXTREMELY knowledgable about all things relating to wellness and overall health. He does a thorough adjustment of my spine and also addresses any other aches, pains, soreness that I may have. I am a bit of a special case in that I have a 3 level spinal fusion. I have also done acupuncture and massage there with Dr. Lee. He is amazing. I have become a lifelong advocate of acupuncture as a result. These guys have also worked out a good long term plan with me that I can afford. They seem to act with my health in mind first. I read some of the other reviews. Dr. Bannard and the Bannard Center staff are wonderful! I have been seeing him to treat various conditions for over 5 months and have experienced big improvements in my well-being. Dr. Bannard is not like most doctors, who only give you 5-10 minutes of their time. Instead, he'll spend as much time as he feels you need, ensuring your happiness and comfort the entire time. When I first started seeing Dr. Bannard, it was treat to treat my autoimmune disease. I had brain fog, fatigue, and pain and the other practitioners I had see elsewhere had only been able to help me slightly.
