It's almost hard to explain what I mean, it's not one grand gesture that I can point to but many little things that capture the ethos of the business. April, the owner, it so inviting and she speaks with you as though you're an extension of her family. She loves and dotes on the children, knows their names and showers them with praise. One time we were early to practice and she noticed my daughter watching her eat some almonds. April immediately offered her some too! You may ask yourself, what does this have to do with ballet? To me, it means that April understands and she's approachable...as a parent and grandparent she's willing to nurture my daughter and set the example for her team. Ms. Victoria teaches my daughter and is a former student of April. She is a genuine, passionate and sweet. She's always smiling, encouraging and exuding all the grace one would expect from a ballerina. An excellent role model to my daughter! I appreciate how patient she is too, it can't be easy trying to teach three year olds tap and ballet!! I whole-heartedly recommend this ballet studio!
