Popped in early one afternoon after recently learning about the existence of this bakery. Small menu and shop. Located at Platinum Drive, close to the Erin Mills Centre plaza at Eglinton Ave W and Ridgeway. Bread is baked on site in their clay oven and is soft, chewy and delicious. We ordered a zaatar manousheh stuffed with cheese and let me tell you, we enjoyed every bite! Normally we'll have the classics, ie. cheese or zaatar or a mix of both ingredients atop a pie but this one's unique. As a cheese lover, it was ooey, gooey and tasty. Even hit differently. Onto the service. We had THE NICEST welcome from the two ladies serving us. They were so sweet. Asked a lot of questions that they happily answered. Remember I said the place is small.. there was only one table, previously occupied by a customer upon our arrival, so we stood adjacent to the door waiting on our order. In the meantime, we were given a piece of their pistachio ma'arouk, which is a sweet pastry stuffed with pistachios. It was so good. I ate in reverse order, having a decadent dessert before a savoury pie lol both were very filling! Never have I heard of ma'arouk before and was glad to have given it a try. They also make one with chocolate, guessing Nutella specifically. In any case, go support this place. Syrian owned and all around lovely people and service. I'll be back! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger would say ;)

We've been going back since the first time we tried this place and while the freshness and quality of the products still remain, I found that it took too long to receive the order. I called 1.5 hours before coming and the order was still not ready on arrival. They also have a great cash back program where you scan the qr code on the Pointsagram app and a table inside where you can sit, though seating is extremely limited as this place is more focused on take out (which is too bad since interiors are nice).

Got the opportunity to try these patisseries during the holiday season, as I received them as a…read moregift. In the box was: White Chocolate Peach Mousse Fruit Tart Coconut Exotic Fruit Pistachio Mousse Raspberry Mousse Log Cake Aesthetically, all the pastries looked amazing! I felt bad cutting them to take a bite! My favourite is the Coconut Exotic Fruit. All the layers tied nicely together and tasted really good! The fruit tart was also good. Im not the biggest fan of peach but it was not bad as well. The Raspberry Mousse Cake was well balanced and not too sweet or tart. Sadly to say the Pistachio Mousse that was shaped as a cute Christmas tree was my least favourite. As this was a gift, I did not visit the location in person or know the price, but I do want to eat other selection of pastries and cakes if I get the chance!

I finally caved and tried the viral L.A. fruit pastries that have completely taken over my TikTok…read morefeed. And yes, the hype is real. My total for four stunning pastries came to $34.00, but I left feeling that the splurge was well worth it for the quality and complexity of the flavors. The selection inside was almost overwhelming... a sensory overload of vibrant colours, making me want to try absolutely everything!!!!! The Strawberry was the standout star, delivering a bright, nostalgic taste that was pure Strawberry Shortcake perfection. I was equally impressed with the richness of the Dark Chocolate Espresso pastry, a deep, satisfying choice. Despite being incredibly busy, the staff was very efficient with keeping the line moving quickly. While I noticed some seating, I was so focused on the sweet goodies that I barely registered the environment. I'm already planning my next trip! A crucial heads-up, however: the pastries I enjoyed all feature a light, airy mousse filling. If that texture or lightness isn't to your taste, you might want to skip

Their pink velvet cake is delicious. It's essentially a red velvet cake but instead of a chocolate…read morebase, it's made with a vanilla base. The cake was spongy, and the cream cheese frosting was spread evenly. However, I would have preferred if the frosting was less sweet although this wasn't a deal breaker for me and I would buy this cake again. The coffee is self-served in a corner of the store by the front door, but you pay at the register. There are also two chairs by the front window but the overall space in the bakery is quite small so I wouldn't imagine a lot of customers staying to enjoy their drinks and baked goods there. We also got a latte and they offered to add cinnamon on top which was a nice touch. We also got the ham and cheese croissant which was good, but I wouldn't say that it's the best croissant ever. I would want to try other bakery items and will definitely be returning soon!

The chocolate croissant was perfect, just like ones we've had in Paris and Napa. The muffins were very good, too. Took advantage of muffin & coffee special. Lemon bread and buttermilk scones were also top-notch. Highly recommended! The waitress was so nice answering our questions without being overbearing and giving us space to explore before ordering.
