    Mango cakes

Grab the tongs and start loading up your tray with daily baked buttery HK buns and pastries! Saint germaine is a canadian bakery chain that started in vancouver. It's not all pineapple buns and matcha, taro, red bean... They have flaky croissants and beautiful sandwiches too. We did get the rose cake and it is lovely. Made w real rose petals, (not buttercream, boohoo) which are edible, but i don't suggest eating them. I steeped them for tea. The cake is light and not too sweet with smooth rose essence flavour. The almond layer is heavier but balances well with the soft aery cream. Very nice. If you like mango cakes, they have a few to choose from. The rose cake is stunning but all the cakes look beautiful for any celebration. We were wondering if they do a full cake of mismatch slices because we'd like to taste them all. Prices are fine esp considering this is in square one. It's a toonie or two for a treat at the mall. Convenient if you need a box of pastries to bring home or to the office. Indeed there are a few good asian bakeries around town, but not in city centre. I hope they do well because I would like to see the shelves more fully stocked and for them to become a mainstay.

This is my go-to bakery shop when i want a quick bite. The price is reasonable, the flavour and bread texture is great, and the service is pretty quick. I went towards the end of the day so there wasn't much selection left, which makes sense. Would recommend to go earlier in the day for better selection.

Lots of selection and Hong Kong style baked good. I had to restrain myself from buying too many! The pastries are a bit on the pricey side compared to local Chinese bakeries however compared to t n t it's about the same price but much better quality. Highly recommend

So glad they open in Mississauga so I don't have to drive far to Markham. My favourite cake is the mango and matcha! Service was efficient and location is great! It's very easy to find. The bakery is very clean and bright, making the shopping experience comfortable.

Finally Saint Germain Bakery opens in Mississauga. I no longer have to drive to the east to buy some decent buns and cakes. This location is located in Square One next to Simon's. It took over a location that had 3 small vendors in the past. The service is ok, they still need to smooth out the kinks as it opened not too long ago. The only thing is the bake goods are not quite there yet. A lot of the baked goods were burnt. Saw a lot of pineapple bun that didn't have a good crust or was burnt badly on the bottom. Overall, will revisit once things stabilizes.

Fresh seasonal mango cake must be one of their best. Even TGTG has a good quality of foods.

Heavenly Desserts has plenty of locations across the UK and now Canada. I'll cut to the chase - everything we had was outstanding. The Iced Rose & Lychee Martini is a perfect dessert drink. Think floral flavors meets milkshake meets mocktail. The flavors meshed together so well. The Speculoos Milkshake was super satisfying and indulgent but overly sweet as you can expect. The Saffron Milk Cake actually tasted like saffron! The saffron milk syrup was pleasantly creamy, light, and cold. The Pistachio & Dark Chocolate Croffle was another winner. The croffle was cooked to perfection. It was crispy on the outside and soft yet flaky on the inside. Now adding pistachio and dark chocolate to that, it was a very memorable bite. I will say that although the desserts are beautiful, elevated, and tasty, the ambiance didn't quite match the vibe here. Nonetheless, this is a great spot for a date, catch up with friends, or to just satisfy a dessert craving. Highly recommend!

We arrived around 6:45 pm and it was dead. I actually thought they were closed. We shared the strawberry and cream croffle. It took about 10 minutes to come out. The croffle came out fresh, crispy, and flaky. It was delicious! I asked the server when they get busy and she said around 9 pm. We'll be back in the future to try something new and probably get the strawberry and cream croffle again!

This dessert restaurant is no joke, their menu is so massive it feels like it could rival the Cheesecake Factory's (no exaggeration). While most of it is dedicated to desserts, they do offer food options too, but let's be honest... you come here for the sugar rush. We tried a slice of their Red Velvet Cheesecake, and it was rich, smooth, and everything you want in a dessert. We also ordered a loaded waffle topped with brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and whipped cream, basically a dessert lover's dream on a plate. Both desserts were fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even with such a huge menu, they made great recommendations. If you're looking for a fun spot to satisfy your cravings, The D Spot delivers.

Not huge on desserts but this place is fantastic. My friend got me a strawberry milk cake to go,…read morewhich was on BOGO on one of the food apps. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to, simply because I'm not big on sweets. The cake is light and spongey and absorbs the leche/milk very nicely, and makes the entire cake very moist. Vastly different in texture to other cakes that rely more on cream and icing to balance the sponge cake. I found this cake lighter and a really unique flavour/texture. It's sweet with flavour that has depth (not just by using more sugar/syrup) and the hints of milk, strawberries, cream, etc all mesh really well. Glad to have stumbled across a new fave and I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings.

Decent, but these sweets are not for me…read more I enjoy sweet and even the occasional Timbit, but I found these puffs drenched in oil and super sweet. Overall just very wet and aggressively sugary. In an age where people are trying to eat healthier, I cant really imagine myself coming back for this when I could have a larger portion of more refined sweets elsewhere. Likely a better fit for people with a major sweet tooth or for kids. It's similar to a treat you'd eat at a food truck in a festival or outdoor event. I feel as if I ate an entire week's worth of sugar in one go. The shop itself is pretty modern, spacious, and clean. Sparse seating, lots of mirrors, etc. But the location is great, and there's lots of plaza parking. Staff were ok but very busy with orders. The rest of the menu seems good. Lots of variety of other sweet drinks and pastries, but also items to balance out the sugar like coffee, tea, savoury pastries, etc. Kind of like a crossover between Tim's and Starbucks. I am hesitant to try other items though because of how sweet the puffs were. The pricing is also really steep for the kind of food it is. Personally speaking, Id rather hit Krispy Kreme because those donuts while sugary, don't feel as greasy / heavy as these puffs. For comparison these puffs are around $1/pc and an original donut at Krispy Kreme is around $1.50 An additional minus is the online/app ordering process. I ordered on the app, arrived, and didn't notice any instruction for pickup ( no signage , markers, etc). I waited 10 mins because it was pretty busy, staff were working nonstop, and I had just ordered less than 5 mins ago. I had to ask the staff about my order, and it turned out it was ready all along sitting in a cabinet with frosted glass doors, so I couldn't even tell they had any orders waiting. The app also didnt have a progress bar, just an estimated finish time at time of order. Less than seamless, for sure

We got 12 Puffs which are perfect for sharing (2-3 per person is plenty). They're made fresh to order and I like that you can get 2 flavors. We tried the Reese's & Chocolate and the Speculoos flavor. Speculoos was so good!! Very rich, decadent, and sweet. The Reese's & Chocolate was a good try but the peanut butter was too thick for my liking. I prefer the lighter drizzle options.
