I left a message explaining what I needed and much to my surprise within a short period of time Michael returned by call. I wanted to order a frame to fit a 1950's headboard and footboard. From the first phone call (yes I made several calls) Michael graciously walked me through the process and the importance of providing him with accurate measurements and specific details so he could determine the appropriate frame I needed. After placing an order, Michael again took the time to confirm the information I provided and explained why he recommended another choice. Within just a few days I received the frame that was a perfect fit. Each time I spoke with Michael, he treated me as though I was his most important customer and he gave me as much time I needed. Also, his delivery men also respectful, courteous and professional. I high recommend St Louis Mattress and Furniture Warehouse. Joyce S Very Satisfied Customer

The salesmen were typical salesmen and were trying to push me to get something I really didn't want. That was NOT the case at Mattress Direct or with the salesperson, Anne Marie. She is great! She explained that they do not earn a commission, so she wanted me to get what I wanted, not what was most expensive. If I ever need a mattress again, I'll go back and I'll refer anyone I know to get their mattresses at Mattress Direct, specifically from Anne Marie.

The salesman listened to us, treated us with respect, offered us many options, and informed us delivery fee in advance. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a queen-sized Sealy Hybrid plush for half the online price with one small black spot on the side, which was disclosed prior to purchase. The spot did not bother us, and we were thrilled to learn they could deliver same day ( maybe because it was on the weekend?) and would get a discount for providing 1 person to assist delivery driver with removing our old mattress and installing the new one. The driver was courteous, friendly notified us he was en route. Happy customers!

I had made multiple phone calls that day and they were the only ones who didn't treat me like I was wasting my time. Once they told me the prices, which were half of what I had seen all day, I had to go see it for myself. Once I got in store I spoke with them and they had me in the perfect bed within 30 minutes. There wasn't a rush, they were just that good. They actually got me in a bed I wasn't looking for and I thank them for it. Not only was it cheaper, it felt better than the original I had picked out. Then they set me up with an adjustable bed frame that, as they say, does everything but park the car. I got all of this at the same price I would've gotten a frame anywhere else.
