We placed a large order with 15 separate meals, which I know can be a challenge for any restaurant, but they handled it with so much patience and professionalism. The kitchen got pretty much everything correct, which honestly deserves recognition because large group orders are not easy. We arrived right before the lunch rush, so a lot of people came in after us and had to wait a bit. What I really appreciated was that Mark himself came out to speak with guests and explain the delay. That level of care and hands-on customer service stood out to me. Mark has an incredible story, and I made sure to share it with our crew. Everyone was excited that we were able to support a local Black-owned business while in town. And most importantly... everything was AMAZING. The burgers were bomb. I had the Original Fatty's Burger, and one of my coworkers did too with with bacon. Pictured here, another coworker had the 1LB Lineman Burger with fries.
