Dermatologists still offer UV treatments in their clinics. UVB rays are the most helpful for psoriasis. At Rio Tanning I use a bed that has 70% UVA rays and 30%UVB rays. I recently had my yearly checkup with my dermatologist and he confirmed that for this is the best way for me to treat my psoriasis. If my toes become ingrown, I will sue.
