Stayed at the Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for a week and spent many mornings for breakfast here. The restaurant never seemed to be full, but I will say that the food and service stayed consistently great. Always came around to check up on how I was doing and refilled my water and coffee. They even gave me a to-go coffee cup when I wanted to take it back up to my room. They did the same for when I wanted to bring my iced tea back up too. THE FOOD. - Classic Eggs Benny | Thick slice of ham. Creamy Hollandaise sauce. Perfectly poached eggs all on an English muffin. Pretty great dish! - Classic Breakfast | Eggs, sausage patties, toast, and home fries. I cannot stress this enough... the home fries are so good! Crispy exterior with a soft interior, and seasoned just enough to bring out the flavors. If you get another dish and it doesn't come with home fries, order it on the side anyway. - Mediterranean Eggs Benny | There's no meat in this dish, but I love the combination of spinach, artichoke, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. A couple of poached eggs covered with hollandaise sauce and you have yourself a flavorful dish! I ordered this maybe 3 times during my stay. It's really good, highly recommend. - Avenue Omelette | Cubed cuts of tender ribeye. Diced sweet peppers and onions. The garlic aioli goes well with this omelette. I also liked that this was crepe style, which tends to be a thinner layer of egg. - Grown Up Grilled Cheese Sandwich | Gooey cheese with thick slices of bacon in between toasted bread. I felt this was very rich and loved the flavors. - Birria Chilaquiles | Creamy chipotle sauce. Tender birria meat. Over hard eggs. Another really great dish. THE DRINKS DRUNK. - Coffee | Straightforward and warms your soul. - Iced Tea | Straight up normal. THE PARKING. Parking is available on the street and limited to two hours, between 8AM - 5PM. If you're staying at the hotel, only valet parking is available and it's $15 for the day; $30 if you're staying overnight. COMING BACK? Yeah, it's a pretty great breakfast spot.

This is my wife and I's go to brunch spot with amazing cocktails when visiting Hot Springs! This St. Patrick's day didn't disappoint! The leprechaun lemon drop martini was delicious beyond words and even after brunch we would pop back in through out the day of festivities to refuel on them! They stayed open until 11pm and very close walking distance to The Arlington Hotel after the bar closes. Dena is an EXCELLENT AND AMAZING server we absolutely love to have wait on us and her joyful presence. She remembered my wife and I from last years visit and was so, sweet and amazing. Everytime we come back we will look forward to seeing her and her outstanding service! This is a MUST for brunch when in Hot Springs! If they would put the leprechaun lemon drop martini on the menu full time even under a different name...you couldn't keep me out of there! I really enjoy the ambiance, vibe, and being able to look out on to the beautiful Hot Springs strip while enjoying a drink or meal.

    Gluey, oversalted eggs Benedict

I really tried. The food , so called eggs Benedict. eventually showed up after 30 minutes. Salted beyond recognition and overcooked or having sat under a heat lamp for a long time, it was inedible. The only coffee refill was acquired by walking around the dining area with my empty cup like a beggar. Don't torture yourself like we did. This on top of the disaster they called Thanksgiving dinner will stay in our memory.

I came in on a night where the place was empty. I got a lavender gin martini that was excellent. And ordered the broken beef meatloaf with baked Mac and cheese. The meatloaf was delicious except I was surprised that it was a little cold. The baked Mac and cheese was so hot it burned my tongue. So I'm not sure what was going on there...

Amazing drinks, service and food. Fiancé had the salmon and I had the bone in pork chop with whipped mashed potatoes. Very good. Also great skinny margarita and spritz. Not sure why this place is rated so low but it's right in downtown and give it a try, we were certainly impressed!

Super cool brunch spot in the heart of downtown Hot Springs! The menu is inventive and fun, but they have a classic breakfast if you're not into that. Coffee is fantastic. Service was friendly and they kept us happy. We really enjoyed our experience!

Great brunch place right across from the baths! View was perfect! The food and drinks were so good! Service was amazing as well!

I was craving Shrimp & Grits unfortunately they don't serve them at Dinner so I orders the Tuscany Flatbread I was craving Shrimp & Grits unfortunately they don't serve them at Dinner so I orders the Tuscany Flatbread OMG it's so fresh and clean tasting. I also asked the chef if I could ordered the Creamed Spinach and some of the Flatbread plain to go as a Snack for later in the hotel room while watching the Presidential Election. Holy Smokes Y'all I didn't get a picture because I ate it so fast I forgot. It was PERFECTION. This place knows what they're doing. The fish and chips are also absolutely delicious. I've decided to come back tomorrow I now have to absolutely have their Shrimp & Grits. I'll let y'all know how they are!! I 1000% will be coming back!!!!!! I went back from Brunch and had the Shrimp and Grits with a side of Bacon. This restaurant has NOT disappointed. First off the Shrimp were so Fresh and clean tasting. The grits Creamy with a mild Gravy and the bacon cook to a perfect crisp crumbled on top was Perfection. I'm literally planning my family's 2024 Christmas vacation to come here just so I can eat at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and don't forget the side of Bacon for your Shrimp & Grits you can thank me in the comments!

    Slow service...empty restaurant.
    Casey B.

In brief: Slow service. Bad food. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, our food took a noticeably long time. If what was delivered had been edible, the duration of time it took for it to arrive would have been completely excusable. I ordered the croque monsieur. It was a poor man's attempt at this Parisian dish...but what can you expect while in Arkansas. The bread was stale and the butt end pieces. The béchamel may have just been gravy--unsure, really. My nephew ordered the breakfast plate: pretty standard meal. Two meals, one of which was inedible, consisting mostly of stale bread for $50. Naw--I encourage you to pass on this place. So, when in Hot Springs, keep on walking.

Part of The Waters hotel in downtown Hot Springs. I had a fantastic breakfast here. Eggs Benedict on point with super runny yolks, tasty ham, and toasted muffin. Home fries seasoned and crispy. My server was fantastic. She was not only kind and attentive, but made a WICKED spicy Bloody Mary that was delicious. They have a simple, but fairly elegant menu for each meal, including brunch, and some great cocktail options. There is a rooftop bar with light fare as well if you want before or after dinner drinks. I stayed at The Waters, and it was a great hotel, walking distance to everything, and this restaurant was a convenient and well done addition to my short stay.

Nice roof top bar and friendly service but it takes A VERY LONG TIME to get the food. The food is pretty good but plan to be here a while. Very nice at night. The Cajun chicken salad is chicken salad on lettuce. If you want grilled chicken, that is a completely different order.

The ambience is just so elegant and romantic. The menu lights up as you open it and everything on it sounded delicious. The servers, Peter and Emily, were so fun and helpful! They brought out these heavenly yeast rolls basted in truffle butter...what??? I got the market fish special which was grouper, and my husband got the grilled pork chop. Come with an empty stomach if you get the pork chop. It is a very generous portion and is delicious! The grouper was perfection...crispy on the outside, light and flakey inside, sitting atop beautiful spring vegetables and a lovely light beurre blanc sauce. It was topped with edible flowers and micro greens. I regret that I did not take a photo (we were so hungry), but it was just divine. The chef came over to ask what we thought and we told him everything was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely. We can't say enough good things. This is what a restaurant experience on vacation should be like. What a gem! Hopefully next time we visit we can try the dessert menu! We happened to stumble upon this gem randomly during our trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas not expecting much but wow were we absolutely blown away. First, you walk into a dimly lit, intimate dining area and seated at a table with very comfy chairs and menus that light up for visibility. Next, your waiter is SO knowledgeable about every item on the menu. I had history lessons about the rice production in the area while learning about which dishes to choose. While waiting for your food, you are served an edgy orange-glazed dinner roll that is simultaneously intriguing and comfortingly familiar. A delicious twist on a classic. The head chef also came around serving an amuse-bouche of another experimental apple dish which was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Food comes- oh my goodness I cannot explain how amazing the Chislic beef tips were. Every component of this dish was just so thoughtfully crafted and well-blended. Each bite was bursting with flavor and energy. My partner also loved the potato soup. Our mains were equally impressive- my fennel rice in particular knocked my socks off. I have never tasted rice so decadent and aromatic in my life. The salmon was of course great but certainly not the star of the show. Finally, the bread pudding at the end was the cherry on top of the culinary bliss we had just experienced. I would drive 10 hours back to Hot Springs just for this restaurant. So sad it has to be so far. Do not miss your opportunity to come here if you happen to be in town!!

It's a cozy dining room with a small bar (seats about 4.) Not a huge place so reservations are recommended. Staff were super friendly. When you walk into the bathhouse, you can't see the restaurant. Someone at the front desk takes you back to it. The gentleman that took us back was very welcoming. He walked us to our table and gave us information about the menu. If you walk into and no one is at the desk, it's because it takes a moment for them to walk guests back. Be patient. We both had the Vintage Breakfast and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Morningrita wish was really good. I had their Classic Bloody Mary. Their mix is made in-house and is great. Oh and they have a Mimosa Flight!!! It's a bottle of champagne and your choice of 3 different juices. We tried mango, pineapple, and strawberry kiwi. All were spectacular. Delicious, yes... but the body eventually starts asking for a vegetable and a reset. The space itself matches that feeling. Simply decorated, with bright murals, clean lines, and a cheerful, easygoing vibe that feels light the moment you walk in. My husband gave me full ordering authority, which is always a bold move. I went straight into tapas mode because everything on the menu looked too good to choose just one. We ended up with a spread: chicken pot pie (which quickly abandoned any "small plate" intentions), field greens and baby spinach, a shrimp and crawfish cake, and one of each of Rosy's authentic hand-rolled tamales. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without that heavy, road-trip food fatigue. The mint lemonade was refreshing and delicious, a little on the sweet side, but it worked. Service, while perfectly fine, could benefit from a warmer welcome and a bit more guidance, especially for first-timers trying to navigate such an inviting menu. A little extra friendliness up front would go a long way here. Our only real regret? Not saving room for dessert. They looked very tempting, and we'll be thinking about that missed opportunity. If you're on the road and craving something lighter without sacrificing flavor, this spot is a welcome pause.

It was a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was approaching their closing time, but we had plenty of time to dine. After being seated at our table, Haley, our server, greeted us and took our drink orders. It was a bit warm, so iced tea was the beverage we requested. After looking over the menu for a bit, I decided on the 8-ounce hand cut sirloin, cooked rare, accompanied with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. My wife, who wasn't very hungry, ordered loaded baked potato soup. While waiting for our entree and soup we admired all the artwork on the walls. From what we could tell, all the pieces were painted by the same local artist. The artwork was focused on rock icons. Some of them were very interesting. In a flash, my side salad was brought to our table. I ordered it with Brick House Grill's House Dressing, cheese & wine. The salad was beautiful served cold and crisp with huge slices of cucumbers. The house dressing was incredible with a touch of sweetness. Yummy. Shortly, our entrees were delivered to our table by one of the kitchen's expeditors. I love my steaks cook rare, not medium rare, rare. So many restaurants' grill master's, when they have a rare steak ordered, have a tendency to cook more towards the medium rare side. My hand-cut 8-ounce sirloin was grilled to the perfect rare. The steak had a wonderful smokey flavor from being grilled. Haley, our server, checked in with us several times. She specifically asked if my steak was grilled to perfection. My wife said the loaded baked potato was wonderful, some of the best she's ever had. Haley was an awesome server, so attentive and pleasant. What an incredible meal and time we had! Next time we're in Hot Springs, we'll definitely stop in for dinner.
