They ordered the snow tires immediately and installed them Saturday morning. While installing the new tires they noticed I had 2 all season tires that needed to be trashed. They placed the remaining 2 tires in plastic bags and put them in my trunk - what a thoughtful thing to do! They also replaced a stripped lug nut, which could have been a real problem in the future. I wasn't sure what time I could pick up the car on Saturday and they offered to meet me on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays) if that could make it easier for me. As an out of towner, I was treated like a local...amazing service and they were priced very competitively with ANY other tire place I checked. I wish I could give them 6 stars....thank you so much!!

Do NOT trust them. I…read morehandled financing weeks ahead. When I got into the office, they had change the offer based on incorrect information, and tried to give me *20%* loan. Incompetent and predatory. They swore up and down that this was a reliable car, and would pass inspection for at least a year, probably 2 or 3. It failed less than 6 months later, because of the tires, which I had specifically pointed out. They lied to my face about them being in good condition, and when I brought it up, they said that the *paperwork* said that it wouldn't pass inspection, despite their repeated verbal claims. I also negotiated the price ahead of time. The entire office was *pissed.* When I got there, they clearly thought I was someone they could take advantage of. The woman handling the financing was freaking out, with her boss storming around behind her. They would not let me speak to the owner.

I now have an upcoming bill of over 5K to fix the problem that was there at the time of the sale. I am pretty miffed and will share my thoughts with them directly, but needed to warn others to be careful about TSBs with Subarus... they aren't recalls, but they are coverage under warrantees if the vehicle is technically still eligible. Mine was--just before I drove it off the lot-- so it should have been handled before the sale, to assure that it was within good business practice!

While the customer service is amazing and the staff is very kind, the workers performing the services were not. They rushed the job, scratching my rims and damaging my tires, and they didn't properly undercoat my car. When taking my winters off at another shop, it was put on the lift, and there was barely any remnants of the car being undercoated. My tires were also found to be damaged from when Routhier's put them on. Extremely upsetting! The damage they've done was not worth the money I saved, nor the tears. It took me some time to build up the courage to post this review... This is a family business, and the woman behind the counter was so sweet and caring, but the care for my car was not there :( I will not be going here again.
