And for the adults who brave the intense December line to catch a glimpse of the big guy, they setup a makeshift bar (no charge of course) with Bloody Mary's, Mimosas, Beer, Wine, all the fixings. Which makes sense because they barely make minimum wage, which is concerning considering how much the owner walks away with year after year. I probably wouldn't be inspired to help customers either. It's pretty obvious that the owner of this store couldn't care less about their employees--or their customers, for that matter. Unless you're looking for outdated clothes and indifferent service, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. I tried on a super cute boot in a size that was a bit too tight. Maria instantly called another store and the boot was in Darien that afternoon. I couldn't ask for better service. Such a breath of fresh air as I did NOT have the same experiences in fellow stores. It's so easy to be nice and these women have it down. Just have to exercise self control and not spend so much money there! Will definitely pop in to say hello when in the neighborhood.
